Otel konumu ve konforu itibariyle gayet iyi.Yalnızca çalışanlar konusunda biraz daha kurumsal olmalılar.Odamdayken uyurken kapı bir kez çaldı ve odamdan içeri giriliyordu.Daha sonra koridora çıktığımda temizlikçilerden bir hanımefendiye sorduğumda aaa evet havlunuz eksikti onu getirmiştim kusura bakmayın dendi.Odaya bu şekilde giremezsiniz vs dedikten sonra haklısınız gruba bakmamışım vs dendi.Bunun haricinde otel konumu ve odaları açısından gayet yeterli konforlu.

Das Personal war äußerst zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sicheren Gegend, ist jedoch mit dem Auto nur schwer erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es allerdings zwei Parkmöglichkeiten, wo man sein Auto gegen Gebühr abstellen kann. Zu Fuß ist das Hotel problemlos erreichbar. Besonders schön ist die Lage direkt am Hafen – die Aussicht vom Zimmerfenster ist großartig. Direkt vor dem Hotel befinden sich zudem mehrere sehr gute Restaurants mit fairen Preisen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mit der Fähre ist mit direkt an der Europäischen Seite.

Great location. Close to metro, ferries, busses. Very walkable to food, coffee and shopping. It’s a lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds. Modern room and bathroom. Even tho we were the floor above the coffee shop it was quiet. Air conditioning worked great. The Bosphorus could be seen from the window (there was a building right across from us but off to the side was the Bosphorus). Definitely will stay again.

My recent stay at this hotel was an utterly frustrating experience, marred by an uncomfortable room and unhelpful staff. Upon checking in, I found the room unbearably hot, stuck at a stifling 28°C. I immediately contacted the staff, who promised to address the issue. However, after waiting for some time, there was no change in the temperature. When I followed up, they dismissively claimed that cooling the room further would make it "too cold," which I found absurd. I insisted they adjust it, and they agreed, but by nighttime, the room was still a sweltering 27.2°C—barely cooler than before, despite the outside temperature being a comfortable 23°C.

Exasperated, I requested a refund to leave the hotel, only to be told I’d be charged for two days regardless. This felt like a dishonest tactic to trap guests into staying. The staff’s lack of accountability and the malfunctioning air conditioning turned what could have been a decent stay into a complete letdown. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel until they prioritize guest comfort and transparency. The location is perfect, and I suspect they are selling you the location, not the room or the service.

The location is excellent, it is a new building, overall clean but our shampoo and body jell could be provided only after 2 days, the fridge did not work it was changed by a dirty one and not cleaned, they are mentioning about autopark and vale but it is not availiable until 10.00 am you are expected to make your programm accordingly

Çok güzel ve tertemiz bir otel

Odalar gayet ferah ve temizdi. Özellikle banyo temizliği çok iyiydi. Otel çalışanları gayet ilgili ve yardımsever. Güzel hizmet için çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz

The hotel has excellent facilities, it's based in a quiet location if you want a good sleep, the lifts and the air conditioning both work fine.
There are lots of shops, markets and eateries all around the hotel. The area also has a metro and a ferry port.

Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal ruhig doch sehr gut gelegen. Rund um die Uhr besetzte Rezeption. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

The rooms are tiny, there’s no room to even store your luggage’s. Extremely dirty and old. Staff are very unhelpful and dishonest.

Centraal gelegen hotel, bereikbaarheid top. Zeer net.

Güzel yer

Ulaşımı çok kolay, Marmaray istasyonu ve vapur iskelelerine 2-3 dk yürüme masafesinde. Sessiz sakin güzel bir otel. Çevrede çok güzel cafeler var

The location was perfect. Its right next to the uskudar ferry station and uskudar metro station. There were bazars near by. The only issue was that the washroom tap was a little bit loose. I would definitely go back
