Fantastic location and a view from our room door and the courtyard of fairy chimnies. Great breakfast. Warm and efficient staff - particularly Berk.
Bed was noisy and a little uncomfortable
The staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Expansive breakfast spread of turkish cheeses, breads and eggs, plus olives, jams, pastries etc, and various other things on different days , plus tea and coffee.
There is a roof terrace to watch the balloons early morning.
Very short walk to the main town centre with all the shops and restaurants.
Staff will organise balloon trips and other adventures like ATV or horse riding if you request - they can get good prices.
Adhoc parking available outside the hotel. Leave the keys at reception and staff will move cars around as required.

It was an absolutely authentic accommodation in the middle of the Fairy Chimney region. We had a real cave apartment, which we were really happy with. The staff went out of their way to make our stay smooth and memorable. Berk was very flexible accommodating our request. We had a misunderstanding when booking the room, but he arranged it for us. He even did his best with our baloon flight and hamam session, which was an absolutely "wow" experience. Breakfast was also authentic and varied, we liked that every morning there was a special treat. Ali did also a great job and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. My dietary needs mean no problem either. Thank you :). Definitely a place to stay.
It's just a tiny issue, some towel rack could come handy in the bathroom, and a reading lamp by the bed. Also, the 8:30 start for breakfast was a bit late for us, being early rise, however they were really nice to provide it at 8:00 on our departure day.
Very nice hotel and the suite room was especially nice. The best were the staff who were always very accommodating and helpful. Especially to Berk who was always more than happy to help and gave some great recommendations and even helped us save som money on some of the tours.
The room was neat and tidied but a bit dusty/dirty, which they fixed.
The breakfast was good but was the same and sometimes a bit stale.
Beautiful cave-style room in Cappadocia with a unique and magical atmosphere. It was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The view was stunning and made the whole experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas de souvenirs. El desayuno es delicioso, variado, completo y abundante. El personal es muy amable, respondió a todas nuestras preguntas e incluso nos permitió hacer check in antes de la hora prevista. La habitación estaba impecable y la terraza es bastante comoda y tiene una linda vista.
Lamentablemente, debido a varios días sin vuelos de globos en Göreme, nos sugirieron hacer el paseo en una zona ubicada a una hora de distancia. Ese día, solo dos globos lograron volar en ese lugar, y la experiencia estuvo muy lejos de lo que uno imagina cuando sueña con volar en globo en Capadocia.
Entendemos que el hotel no tiene control sobre el clima ni sobre cuántos globos despegan, y que la decisión final fue nuestra. Sin embargo, creemos que no deberían haber recomendado ese sitio alternativo, ya que muchos viajeros llegan con la ilusión de vivir esa imagen tan emblemática de decenas o cientos de globos surcando el cielo al amanecer. En nuestro caso, hubiera sido preferible no volar, antes que invertir tanto dinero en una experiencia que se sintió bastante alejada de esa magia esperada.
My friend and I stayed at two hotels in the city. Ares was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast spread was very good.

From the moment we arrived at Ares Cave Suites, we were blown away by the unique rock-carved rooms and warm hospitality. Breakfast was delish, the rooftop dinner absolutely stunning, and every activity—from hot-air balloons to guided hikes—was flawlessly arranged. The service was outstanding, with the hotel manager personally ensuring our every need was met. Exceptional value for money and a truly unforgettable stay!
breakfast was homemade, great service and great variety of nutritious food. special thanks to the night team and kitchen team for their support and care. Would recommend to book tours with them as well.
