Gostei muito do hotel, quarto amplo, no clima das caves, localização excelente,com um terraço para ver os balões e fazer ótimas fotos. Café da manhã maravilhoso, estilo turco , muito farto, delicioso ! Garçonete e cozinheira muito solícitas e simpáticas . Sem falar da recepção , todos muito solícitos e simpáticos em especial quero parabenizar o Berk que cuidou do nosso transfer , aluguel do carro e do red tour em espanhol , tudo perfeito !

Everything was wonderful from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Berk! who assisted us with everything: booking tours, providing useful information, arranging transportation, and sharing great local tips. He was always happy to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed.
The hotel was beautiful, the location was great, and the breakfast was delicious. Everything was excellent, and we are especially grateful to Berk for making our stay so enjoyable. After such a wonderful experience, we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous four nights at Ares Cave Suites. Nothing was too much trouble for Berk at reception - from suggesting and arranging to bring our balloon flight forward to ensure we'd fly in perfect weather to an early packed breakfast when we departed. Our room was comfortable and spacious and the breakfasts tasty, generous and nicely presented.
The location is perfect for wandering and near some lovely restaurants- Berk recommended Kilim and Turkish Ravioli, with of which we enjoyed. Do try the manti.

We think breakfast could be better. Too much bread and sweet options. Less carbohydrates would be a plus

El desayuno estaba muy rico, estuvimos 2 días y variaban algunos platos, lo que se agradece bastante. Fueron muy amables y serviciales, nos ayudaron con las maletas y nos ofrecieron café mientras esperamos.
La habitación es enorme, te dan todo lo necesario.

Le personnel est extraordinaire, serviable et aimable à toute heure. La chambre est absolument magnifique ! On est à 2min à pied du centre ville. Le rooftop est très bien conçu (peut être juste rajouter une zone à l’ombre pour la journée ?) et le matin c’est magnifique avec tous les ballons.
Le petit déjeuner est extraordinaire (salades, pomme de terre, omelettes, pains variés, confitures, gâteaux, fromage etc), vous n’aurez plus faim de la journée !

It’s in a great location, and the owner is very friendly - he took great care of us and provided tremendous recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Also, the breakfast was fantastic! Great views from the rooftop of the morning balloons!
