La ubicación. La habitación es muy amplia y buen equipada, hasta el baño tiene bañera de hidromasaje y la cama es comodísima. El desayuno no es buffet. Te lo sirven en la mesa y tiene mucha variedad. El personal es muy agradable. Berk, el recepcionista, te ayuda con todo lo que necesites y puedes contratar las excursiones a buen precio con él

L’orario indicato per il check-in - sia dal sistema di Booking che dal messaggio inviatomi dallo staff post avvenuta prenotazione - era 00: peccato che, il giorno dell’arrivo, mi dicono che la stanza non sarebbe stata pronta prima delle 12:30 (ci è poi stata consegnata alle 12).
Lo staff alla reception non era particolarmente cordiale: ogni qual volta veniva chiesta un’informazione, c’era un velo di seccatura nelle risposte.
Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, klasse Zimmer, gutes Frühstück und nettes Personal. Was will man mehr.
La ubicación es increible, se encuentra muy cerca de todo. El hotel tiene buena relación con los centros de actividades y Berk nos lo gestiono todo genial, tanto el tour del globo como la excursión en quad.
Además, al ser una cueva la habitación se notaba el fresquito.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn't recommend this accommodation highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make our stay special. Brek and Mohamed were incredibly helpful, always willing to assist with anything we needed, from organising reservations to providing fantastic local recommendations that really enhanced our experience.
The location was perfect and made exploring the area so easy. A special mention must also go to Zeynep, whose delicious breakfasts each morning were a real highlight of our stay – we looked forward to them every day!
Thank you again to Brek, Mohamed and the entire team for your warm hospitality and exceptional service. We truly felt at home and will definitely be back.

It was located perfectly, very near to the main street for shopping and eating out. Far enough from any noise. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was unreal and more than we could eat. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace at day and night. Watched the balloons come over early morning. Definitely a five star place to stay

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido excelente de principio a fin. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y acogidos.
Queremos destacar especialmente a Burak, quien gestiona el hotel con una hospitalidad extraordinaria. Su amabilidad, cercanía y disposición para ayudar hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Siempre estuvo disponible para resolver cualquier duda y todas las recomendaciones y servicios que organizó para nosotros fueron impecables. Tanto los traslados al aeropuerto como las actividades contratadas a través del hotel fueron puntuales, bien organizados y totalmente fiables.
Las habitaciones son preciosas, están muy cuidadas y destacan por su limpieza impecable. Además, las camas son extremadamente cómodas, lo que nos permitió descansar perfectamente cada noche. Se nota la atención al detalle en cada rincón del hotel.
La terraza ofrece unas vistas espectaculares que hacen la estancia aún más especial. El desayuno fue otro de los puntos fuertes: abundante, variado y preparado con gran generosidad.
También queremos agradecer al resto del personal, que fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Además, desde el propio hotel pueden gestionar actividades y excursiones de forma sencilla y profesional.
Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel al 100 %. La combinación de la hospitalidad de Burak, la belleza y limpieza de las habitaciones, la comodidad de las camas, la calidad del desayuno y la atención de todo el equipo hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.
