The staff was helpful and pleasant to deal with. The facilities were marvelous. The breakfast was great.

The guesthouse has 7 rooms and we stayed in one that is a cave. Great experience!

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido excelente de principio a fin. Desde el momento de nuestra llegada nos sentimos muy bien atendidos y acogidos.

Queremos destacar especialmente a Burak, quien gestiona el hotel con una hospitalidad extraordinaria. Su amabilidad, cercanía y disposición para ayudar hicieron que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Siempre estuvo disponible para resolver cualquier duda y todas las recomendaciones y servicios que organizó para nosotros fueron impecables. Tanto los traslados al aeropuerto como las actividades contratadas a través del hotel fueron puntuales, bien organizados y totalmente fiables.

Las habitaciones son preciosas, están muy cuidadas y destacan por su limpieza impecable. Además, las camas son extremadamente cómodas, lo que nos permitió descansar perfectamente cada noche. Se nota la atención al detalle en cada rincón del hotel.

La terraza ofrece unas vistas espectaculares que hacen la estancia aún más especial. El desayuno fue otro de los puntos fuertes: abundante, variado y preparado con gran generosidad.

También queremos agradecer al resto del personal, que fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Además, desde el propio hotel pueden gestionar actividades y excursiones de forma sencilla y profesional.

Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel al 100 %. La combinación de la hospitalidad de Burak, la belleza y limpieza de las habitaciones, la comodidad de las camas, la calidad del desayuno y la atención de todo el equipo hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

Berk (il ragazzo alla reception) è eccezionale: ci ha aiutato prima ancora di arrivare, illustrandoci i tour disponibili e riservando un posto in mongolfiera per il primo giorno. Parla perfettamente inglese e ci ha anche organizzato i transfer da e per l'aeroporto, tutto ad un ottimo prezzo. Siccome avevamo poco tempo a disposizione ci ha anche organizzato un mixed tour, includendo attività del red tour e green tour. Voto a Berl: 10+++
La posizione dell'hotel è fantastica, le camere hanno tutto il necessario, ben illuminate e sono pulite. Hanno una terrazza da cui poter vedere le mongolfiere alle 5, se non ci si vuole spostare. Colazione super abbondante, per noi è un pranzo completo, tutto buonissimo.

Great location, nice amenities including a coffee machine at reception & such a great owner who couldn’t have done more for us.

Burak (the owner) was amazing. He was super helpful and friendly. He arranged all the tours for us (including sunset horse riding and the red tour) and even got us a reservation at a restaurant that was fully booked super last minute. Furthermore, when our original hot air balloon booking fell through, he managed to still get us in for a slot that morning at 6am. We were truly taken care of.

Excellent stay at the ares hotel. We were up graded to a fabulous room by Berk at reception who was extremely helpful and kind. Ali and the wonderful cook did an amazing job with the huge delicious breakfast every day. Loved the location, up the hill abit but close to town. The rooftop was perfect for watching the balloons. Highly recommend!

The service was fantastic, everyone super friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread each morning was delicious. They organised good value taxi when we needed it. We were always met with a friendly smile.

The room was fantastic and we had the rooftop to ourselves at sunrise. The location was also ideal with max 10 min walk to get to any restaurant.

We were able to do hikes straight from the accommodation too.

Had an amazing stay at Ares Cave Suites. the room was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable, exactly what you’d want in Cappadocia. Manager Perk was extremely helpful with organizing the airport shuttle and tours, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special mention to Ali, who went above and beyond with all the small things, making sure I had everything I needed. Both of them are genuinely kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The whole team made me feel very welcome, and it really elevated my experience. Highly recommend staying here!

Fantastic location and a view from our room door and the courtyard of fairy chimnies. Great breakfast. Warm and efficient staff - particularly Berk.

The staff were very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Expansive breakfast spread of turkish cheeses, breads and eggs, plus olives, jams, pastries etc, and various other things on different days , plus tea and coffee.
There is a roof terrace to watch the balloons early morning.
Very short walk to the main town centre with all the shops and restaurants.
Staff will organise balloon trips and other adventures like ATV or horse riding if you request - they can get good prices.
Adhoc parking available outside the hotel. Leave the keys at reception and staff will move cars around as required.

It was an absolutely authentic accommodation in the middle of the Fairy Chimney region. We had a real cave apartment, which we were really happy with. The staff went out of their way to make our stay smooth and memorable. Berk was very flexible accommodating our request. We had a misunderstanding when booking the room, but he arranged it for us. He even did his best with our baloon flight and hamam session, which was an absolutely "wow" experience. Breakfast was also authentic and varied, we liked that every morning there was a special treat. Ali did also a great job and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. My dietary needs mean no problem either. Thank you :). Definitely a place to stay.
