La convivialité et l accueil du personnel toujours a l écoute ..elles sont fait des efforts pour me comprendre et réaliser mes demandes .merci aux personnel pour ce bel accueil

Quelque reproche le toaster etait sale .la machine a laver et le sèche linge aussi..l hotel aurai besoin d un coup de neuf ..

Suited us perfectly for our what we planned for the week.
Pros:

Close proximity to the light rail, clean pool and surrounds, laundry facilities in room, close to the beach, close to shopping. Efficient lifts, no long wait. dishwasher
Despite being an older building clean and not musty smelling. Comfy bed

Cons:

Stayed for a week but had to buy further tea/coffee once complimentary ran out. Small quantities of shampoo, soap. No body wash. Limited dishwashing powder etc.

Pros:

The location was perfect, Tram stop right outside the door which was easy to get the bus / tram from the airport. Could either tram or walk into Surfers/Cavill.

Cons:

Gym was a bit run down / limited, but still decent enough to have a quick workout if you want!

Great staff, decent shower and beds. The pool area was nice as well.
Pros:

Handy for the tram.

Cons:

Cleaning was a poor standard with floor gritty from day one. Bathroom floors not done and very noticeable that behind the door had not been done in a while.

Theu TV was too high on the wall it was a strain on my neck looking up.We are old people a hand rail in the shower would have be great.I know you can"t cater for every one.I will stay there next time.

Dirty apartment, nice view
Pros:

- Very convenient location, opposite a tram station
- Lovely views
- Comfy bed

Cons:

- Room was dirty, particularly the bathroom which had smelly drains. Although this is to be expected if the room hasn't been used in a while, after my first shower, lots of flying bugs (dozens) came out of the drains. I told reception but they did not do anything.
- Reception opening times are limited, making check in difficult
- As a solo female traveller, I did not feel entirely comfortable in the space
- Very few facilities included. I would have liked a small amount of washing liquid to do the dishes, as buying a whole bottle is a waste.

near the Centre.
close to most attractions or transport to. buses. uber service and plenty of foods to choose from. Indian, Chinese, Thai, Mexican, burgers, casino, shopping centers

Cons:

Hotel did not fix sliding door to main bedroom to access fresh air during my stay. unfortunately, they only have handyman coming in once a week due to costs they said. but customer should come first I thought.

Bon séjour à part le problème de gardiennage pour nos bagages le dernier jour ras

L emplacement idéal à côté du tram

Cons:

Pas de local pour garder nos bagages entre le moment où nous rendons la chambre à 10h et notre départ avec la navette pour aéroport à 14h avec la réception fermer
