Pros:

How spread out it was and u had a balcony.

Cons:

Spa was not working properly.
I was so disappointed because thants y I booked there for the spa
As I have pain on my joints so spa is good for that

Pros:

Location was great and facilities were superb. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

We may have required more toilet paper than was provided (you get a refill with room service that occurs every 4 days and we only stayed for 4 days 😔 so we didn't get a refill).

Lovely staff at reception, very friendly and efficient. The apartment was very clean and in fact the building is clean, and had everything we needed for the few days we were there. Plenty of space, good facilities and clear instructions on expectations of us as residents. Decent size balcony to sit on during the evening. We had a beach day at surfers paradise but was nice to be able to use the loungers and pool at the Colonnades to relax at too. The pool and surrounding area is very clean indeed and in excellent condition.
Less than 10 mins walk to the beach, really happy with the location.

Cons:

When we stayed it was quite humid across a couple of days; so the ceiling fans didn’t provide as much relief as perhaps air con units would but it didn’t spoil our stay, it’s just a personal observation.

Pros:

Excellent location right next to the Northcliffe light rail and a short walk to the beach. The units are a good size for a family—a great option, and we will definitely stay there again. The resort amenities are in excellent condition; the layout is well-designed, providing both shaded and sunny aspects all day. The managers are very engaging and helpful—all my questions and requests were handled perfectly.

Cons:

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about the property or the assistance I received during my stay.

Location was good to central Surfers Paradise

Cons:

I booked and paid for a Superior One-Bedroom Apartment, but on arrival we were not allocated the room we had paid for. Instead, we were placed on the ground floor in what was clearly a standard room.

There was no view ( dead garden and car park view) , no outdoor furniture to use, and the location of the room was extremely noisy with tram noise late into the night. This was nothing like what was advertised or what we had paid for.
To make matters worse, the staff were unhelpful and made no real effort to resolve the issue or offer a suitable solution due to the no garentee when booking through a 3rd party.
Very disappointing experience and not what you expect when paying for a superior apartment. I would not stay here again.

Pros:

We just loved the room, pool, location and staff! TV in lounge and bedroom was a bonus. Tram outside hotel reduced my steps but increased my social tome with friends. Will definitely come back. Thank you.
