Pros:

The room was roasting when we arrived. After driving several hours in the heat we just wanted to relax. But we couldn't because the air was not on in the room. Took over 3 hours to cool down. Won't stay there again.

Everything else. Stained sheets noisy broken air conditioner. Paid for 2 suite rooms months ahead of time and got downgraded with no refund. No turndown service, etc

Pros:

Close to Kings Island and the free breakfast was decent. Could see Kings Island firework show from room and pool area.

Cons:

Wouldn't bring clean towels. Front desk said if we wanted clean towels we had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. Had to take pool towels back to the room for fresh towels. Long walk to ice machine/vending machines. Parking lot felt like driving on pot hole back roads. Despite all the no smoking or vaping signs room smelled like smoke. People smoking pot everywhere. Pool was dirty and kids running around out of control. Stayed at the same hotel 27 years ago but will never stay there again. You can find better hotels just as close to Kings Island for the same price or go one more exit south for cheaper price.
