Un très bon rapport qualité-prix
Pros:

Personnel disponible et à l'écoute, établissement peu bruyant malgré sa taille, les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables. Grandes fenêtres.

Cons:

Il faut un véhicule pour se rendre dans le centre ville. La connexion WiFi n'est pas toujours très bonne

GREAT ROOMS, WORST FOOD
Pros:

MY OVERALL STAY AT THE HOTEL WAS GOOD. THE ROOMS WERE WELL MAINTAINED, CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. THE AC WORKED PERFECTLY AND THE BATHROOMS WERE ALSO KEPT IN VERY GOOD CONDITION. THE STAFF WERE CONSISTENTLY RESPONSIVE AND HELPFUL THROUGHOUT OUR STAY.

Cons:

THE FOOD SERVICE, ON THE OTHER HAND, WAS VERY DISAPPOINTING. NONE OF THE DISHES WERE VERY PALATABLE, AND THERE WERE VERY FEW OPTIONS AVAILABLE DUE TO THE LPG SHORTAGE (WHICH I UNDERSTAND IS NOT THEIR FAULT). HOWEVER, EVEN THE LIMITED OPTIONS THEY DID HAVE WERE NOT GOOD. THE DINNER SERVICE WAS EXTREMELY CROWDED, AND IT TOOK ALMOST 1.5 HOURS FOR EVERYONE AT OUR TABLE TO RECEIVE THEIR FOOD.

The best stay I had in TN
Pros:

Love the size of the room and how it was designed . The staff were all exceptional as well.

Cons:

One of the bathrooms had poor water flow. That was the only thing but we managed.
