It’s an amazing property with only 4 rooms.
You feel like visiting family ranch. Everything is very cozy and well designed !

Everything! Enlance Wine House is a dream place to spend a few days away from the buzz of Mendoza. Service is exceptional! Shout out to Jennifer and team for helping us feel at home. I'm an avid traveler and I can sincerely say that food was exceptional; congratulations to the chef. The stunning view of the Andes during meals was unbeatable. You can certainly feel at peace while enjoying the scenery and the pool! A luxury experience yet affordable. I would recommend it.
Wifi network can be unstable in the rooms, but that helps with the sense of disconnection from the buzz of the city.

El lugar es espectacular y la ubicación muy buena. En la zona hay muchas buenas bodegas para visitar.

After a 26-hour journey, we arrived at the hotel hoping for a smooth check-in, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Despite having booked two rooms in advance, we were left waiting for around 30 minutes before being told there was an issue and that only one room was available. We then waited another 20 minutes while staff attempted to resolve the situation.
At no point offered water or a drink.
To the hotel’s credit, they did eventually arrange alternative accommodation for us, and we appreciated the effort to find a solution. However, the entire process took over an hour, which was incredibly frustrating after such a long trip. We were also told the new hotel would be an upgrade, but it had no restaurant and offered no food options beyond breakfast, which was disappointing and inconvenient.
Overall, while the staff did take steps to rectify the booking error, the delays, miscommunication, and the lack of comparable amenities at the replacement hotel made for a stressful start to our stay.

Hermoso entorno, amplia habitaciòn, cama firme muy còmoda, en un viñedo y bodega pequeños, con exelente atenciòn , con espacios exteriores muy cuidados, jardines con flores y vistas a la cordillera y ademàs con muy ricos vinos

Minha estadia foi excepecional! O hotel é semelhante a uma casa de fazendo que era da família e transformaram em um guest house. Existem quatro quartos amplos que se conectam por uma grande sala de estar. Tudo é absolutamente lindo! A decoração é lindíssima, as amenidades são excelentes, a comida do restaurante é excepcional (tanto café da manhã quanto almoço) fora os jardins e a vinícola, que fica a poucos passos do quarto. Ter a experiência de ficar hospedada dentro de uma vinícola foi algo dos sonhos. Fora a vista das montanhas com neve que era de tirar o fôlego.
Por fim, o atendimento do hotel é excelente, todos foram muito simpáticos. Nos sentimos de fato em casa. Ficaria lá novamente com certeza e indicaria de olhos fechados!

El colchon es muy duro. De los dos dias q estuvimos no tuvimos agua caliente cuando queriamos ducharnos.
La habitacion para 4 tiene un solo baño gigante. Que deberian dividirlo y hacer dos baños para tener mas privacidad ( esto lo sabiamos con anterioridad , solo es una sugerencia) nos invitaron un almuerzo debido a dicho problema. Gracias Mica y Francisco
Localização, ao lado da Catena Zapata, se tiver preparo, consegue caminhar até lá.
A fazenda é bem grande, jardins muito bem cuidados.
A equipe é muito simpática, destaque para Gabriela e Francisco. Tivemos a honra de conhecer o idealizador do projeto, Dom Agustín, muito simpático.
As instalações são muito bem cuidadas e o vinhedo se destaca.
Wi-fi péssimo. Praticamente ficamos sem acesso à internet, pois mesmo o sinal de celular é ruim na região.
Ao comentar, o próprio Dom Agustin tentou indicar uma solução de desconectar e conectar novamente, mas sou profissional de tecnologia, sabia que essa não era a solução. Depois soube que utilizam StarLink, estando sujeito a variações no sinal devido aos ventos.
Esse item precisa melhorar em comparação a outros locais que nos hospedamos. Porém, ficar desconectado por uns dias até que é bom. Mas se depender de internet para trabalho ou outros motivos, poderá ter problemas.

The location is very remote and quite, perfect after a few days in central Mendoza. Personel are super helpful and friendly. Very homely atmosphere. The garden is beautiful and we also walked to visit a neighbouring vineyard. A fantastic time!
Food service is stretched and disorganised for lunch, so don't be in a hurry. Breakfast also not ready at advertised times, which is understandable with only a few guests and fresh food not ideal waiting out. But they could check on timings the day before for those who have to leave early given they know about everyones schedules. And, put out cutlery, etc. in advance. (Dinner served by Gisela perfect!) Pool was not yet operational (early October).
