Pros:

AC was working, slept comfortably.
It’s a 15 minutes walk to SM Baguio and Session Road and city center. ( if you don’t mind walking). It’s a good exercise.

The location is somewhat walkable from the places we planned to visit.

Cons:

Total scam. The listing showed a 2-bedroom, but we were given a tiny studio. We were a group of five forced to cram into one room—it was incredibly tight and uncomfortable. The photos are completely deceptive. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, the linens were dirty, and the kitchen was missing basic plates and utensils. There was no staff available to help. Avoid this place at all costs

Room is great accommodation for a family.
Pros:

The room accommodated a lot of people, good for family. The building was beautiful. I recommend to RSVP for a parking by the host because there’s not much parking space outside.

Cons:

I did not like the complicated process of checking-in. I had to remind the host I already booked and was asking for check-in instructions when I arrived. The host should give check-in instructions in advance. The name of the building should also be included in the instructions because we got confused of where it was exactly. The hot water heater in the shower stopped working.

It was great except for the water in the shower
Pros:

Hassle-free check in and out, good location, two rooms, lots of mattresses.

Cons:

The water flow in the bathroom was extremely slow—so slow that it was very inconvenient. It was so bad that we were all not looking forward to taking a bath. It seemed like the water usage had been adjusted to reduce consumption.

The owner of the van I rented, who also owns a unit there, said that there was no problem with the water flow.

Moreover, one of the guards on duty was not courteous or welcoming.
