Satisfactory, but fot this price could be better.
Pros:

I really liked the hotel's design and architecture, the lush greenery throughout the property, and the lovely atmosphere in the café. Staff is friendly.

Cons:

What I didn't like was the overall level of cleanliness and maintenance. I wouldn't say the hotel was dirty, but it didn't feel as clean and well-kept as I would have liked. There was a general sense that the property could use more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning and upkeep.

Another thing I found disappointing was the very limited food selection at the café. I would have loved to see more breakfast and meal options, such as a nice sandwich with fresh vegetables or a simple main course like meat or seafood served with rice. Surprisingly, there isn't even a basic rice dish on the menu. I think expanding the food menu would really improve the overall guest experience.

Left after one hour: dirty, hot, no refund.

Cons:

Checked in on 6 October around 14:00 and left around 15:12 without staying the night. The room was dirty. The air conditioner barely worked, it only blew very weakly and the room was very hot, although the listing advertises air conditioning. The property did not match the photos. Staff insulted the guest because he is from Russia. Paid 3,648,499 VND in cash at reception. No e-invoice (hóa đơn điện tử) was issued, only booking slip PHIẾU ĐẶT PHÒNG DP004941. After checkout they refused free cancellation and did not refund a single dong for the unused nights.

L'hôtel Santorini constitue un excellent choix si on doit prendre l'avion assez tôt. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très claires, la piscine est très agréable et le rapport qualité prix imbattable. Le personnel est en outre très disponible. La décoration de l'hôtel et des chambres est originale.
