Fijn verblijf om Brienz te bezoeken
Pros:

Prima locatie, nette kamer met compacte maar volledige badkamer. Personeel was zeer vriendelijk. Heerlijk gegeten in het eigen restaurant. Het ontbijt was ook heel volledig en goed!

Cons:

Jammer dat men in Zwitserland blijkbaar moeilijk doet met airco’s: de kamer was vanwege het warme weer ook heel warm.
De ventilator was wel heel goed en stil.

Un peu de doute sur la qualité de nettoyage. En arrivant dans notre appartement, la poubelle en dessous de l’évier n’était pas vidé….
Malgré la ventilateur, notre chambre était très chaud pour dormir, et envahi de mouches quand on laisse fenêtre ouverte…

Pros:

L’emplacement donne un joli aperçu sur le village et le lac. Le personnel d’accueil est souriant et serviable et le restaurant est excellent

Cons:

Les toilettes de notre ressemblait aux toilettes d’un avion… nous n’avons aucune place pour nous changer et le bruit de la ventilation était horrible. La piscine mériterait d’être chauffée…
Pour le prix, c’est très limite.

Die Lage des Hotels ist angenehm. Dazu gehört ein schöner Außenbereich mit Parkplätzen und Restaurant.
Insgesamt waren wir enttäuscht und hatten mehr von diesem 3*** Haus erwartet.
Ein Zimmerproblem konnte nach 24 h durch die Bemühungen des Empfangspersonals gelöst werden.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Classic-Zimmer mit Seeblick befand sich in einem Nebengebäude, war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und abgewohnt. Das Badezimmer enttäuschte mit seiner Größe von ca. 2,5 qm, sehr eng, keine Ablageflächen. Alter Duschvorhang, im unteren Bereich bereits hart. Es roch unangenehm modrig / schimmelig.
Safe nicht vorhanden. Der Seeblick eingeschränkt durch ein Gebäude/Dach vor dem Zimmerfenster.
Fenster undicht und von Wassereintritt gekennzeichnet. Alles in allem "Hüttenflair" - entsprach in keinster Weise einer 3*** Unterkunft.

Am Hang und ein Stück weg vom Zentrum und Bahnhof mit älteren Mitreisenden schwierig erreichbar, aber Shuttledienst angeboten!
Stufen und Treppen schwierig. Teilweise Lift.
TV ging im einen Zimmer nicht.
