Un hôtel agréable pour découvrir les sites de la région
Pros:

L’hôtel domine Brienz et son lac et offre donc une superbe vue, en particulier depuis son restaurant. Celui ci offre une sélection de plats traditionnels et à tendance Indienne de très bonne facture. L’hôtel est composé de plusieurs bâtiments et un parking à côté de chacun facilite la gestion des bagages. Une piscine nous a permis de nous relaxer après nos randonnées. Notre chambre familiale classique était correctement équipée, y compris d’un coin cuisine mais dont nous n’avons pas eu l’utilité.

Cons:

Dommage de ne pas avoir de vue de notre chambre sur le lac de Brienz alors que c’est l’un des atouts de la situation de l’hôtel. La partie nuit se trouvant en duplex, elle s’avère chaude après les journées d’été. La salle bains est trop petite dans le contexte d’un 3 étoiles. Enfin, si les mets servis au restaurant étaient de qualité, le service a pu s’avérer trop long 2 fois sur 3. De façon globale, le rapport qualité - prix mériterait une dose d’optimisation

Cons:

Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer sind nicht zeitgemäss, Mobiliar, Bad, alte Tapetenposter etc.. ausgestattet- dies ist nicht auf den Fotos ersichtlich. Die Bergsicht, welche wir gebucht hatten für das Zimmer war lediglich aus dem Bad ersichtlich. Frühstück eher lieblos, mussten um mehr Käse bitten, da nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurde. Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett, aber beim Frühstück eher desinteressiert. Wir haben uns mit anderen Gästen ( drei Pärchen) aus der Schweiz unterhalten, die dieselben Kritikpunkte anbringen. Restaurant hingegen war sehr gut - Fondue war fantastisch. Wir würden nicht mehr dort buchen- viel zu teuer für die alten Zimmer .. schade für die schöne Lage.

令人满意
Pros:

早餐丰富，位置便捷，方便好找，提供免费停车位。不知道是不是升级了房间，房间很大。绝美湖景，早餐和晚餐都看得到。酒店有泳池使用方便。前台的小妹妹很热情友善，很漂亮的木屋。

Le domaine boisé et fleuri de l’hôtel, l’allure et la deco externes des différents bâtiments la vue superbe sur le lac et globalement l’extérieur et l’emplacement

Cons:

La décoration interne, la taille et l’aménagement d’une chambre dite supérieure à 380€ la nuit.
La nonchalance du service, le manque d’entretien des chambres et des bâtiments intérieurement

Happiness by the lake
Pros:

The feeling was relaxing and homey with stunning lake views. In town easy to walk up and down a back the path short cut and the staff all of them were so kind aha helpful. Special shout out to Julia and Yousef and Joy.
