Good cleanliness, very comfortable beds, and a great view.

Great location for relaxing and winding down, the facilities were nice and excellent helpful staff, and breathtaking views, and a nice breakfast.
The room was a bit cold even with the heater on, the bed and pillows were not comfortable ( for me, as they gave me stiff nick, my wife liked them), the open bathtub inside the room was not a pleasant experience for us.
Sehr gute Lage mit Blick auf die Berge und Brienzer See. Preis-Leistung stimmt und die die Innenausstattung im Hotel, mit den alten Schlitten, Ski usw. ist gut überlegt worden.
Die Tatsache, dass man die Nachbarn tatsächlich durch die Wände sehr gut hören konnte.
Everything was fantastic, we even got a free upgrade to a gorgeous room and an even more gorgeous view! The hotel is very well located in Brienz and provides an amazing view of the lake. Very calm, the pool and sauna were great and the breakfast was delicious. We loved our time here!
