Nice hotel in a beautiful little town.
Pros:

Beautiful area with beautiful views. Close to town center and the lake. Many different types of room. Very nice restaurant and good breakfast.

Cons:

Our room and bathroom were tiny and very hot at night. But we spent only one night so it was ok.

The garden is beautiful and has a lovely view.

Cons:

I found the breakfast very average compared to Swiss hotels.
The charging station for the car didn't work and the hotel couldn't help despite they reassuring before my stay that we could charge our car.

Wonderful
Pros:

The staff especially the young girl on reception were all very friendly and helpful! It made the stay extra special!

The room was rather humid but can’t be helped

Wir buchen dieses Hotel nicht wieder, daher auch keine Empfehlung, ausgenommen nur das Restaurant.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super mit tollem Blick auf den See. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr großzügig und parkähnlich. Das Restaurant hebt sich positiv vom Hotel ab. Die Qualität und der Geschmack der Speisen sind sehr gut und der Service dazu passt. Auch der Zimmerservice und die Sauberkeit in unserem Zimmer sind als gut zu bewerten.

Cons:

Da gibt es doch einige Punkte. Der extrem hohe Preis entspricht einem 5 Sterne Niveau, angemessen oder berechtigt ist dieses Preisniveau aber absolut nicht, völlig überteuert! Das Hotel hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt, es lebt eindeutig von der Substanz. Die Einrichtungen sind alt und abgewohnt, Fenster und Schränke schließen schlecht, die Matratzen waren durchgelegen, Balkonmöbel sind alt und verschlissen, die Elektroinstallation ist auf einem Stand der vielleicht vor 30 Jahren üblich war, heute nicht mehr. Das Frühstück ist bestenfalls auf unterem Standard, jeden Morgen gleich, keine Abwechslung.

Beautiful view of the lake from our room with a hot tub. Good breakfast included. Pickup shuttle from railway station - you’ll need it because the hill is steep.

Cons:

It’s on a steep hill and has steps to negotiate so guests with mobility issues would find it difficult. 22 euro per trip to and from the town in the shuttle bus.

Aménagement des chambres très vieillot, petit déjeuner avec 95% de produits industriels, pas de charcuterie, confitures, yaourts ou fromage locaux. Le service manque de professionnalisme.

Die Lage mit der Aussicht ist einfach perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich. Es war sauber und es gab ein gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer war ziemlich klein. Ich bin 1.88m und kam fast an die Decke. Beim nächsten mal dort, werde ich definitiv eine Notiz hinterlassen, dass ich ein Zimmer mit einem größeres Bad bekomme.
