Hermosas vistas a la cascada en la parte posterior y a la laguna en el frente, la alberca y el sauna, hermoso todo.

Cons:

Leider gar nicht sauber gehalten. Teppiche in Korridor und Zimmer extrem schmutzig. Insgesamt ist dieses Hotel schmutzig. Das Personal super freundlich und nett. Als wir reklamiert haben, dass unser "Zimmer-Floh-Teppich" noch voll von Haaren ist, hat die Mitarbeiterin schnellstens reagiert und eine Nachreinigung organisiert. Diese Nachreinigung war nach 3 Minuten erledigt und auch dementsprechend von Erfolg. Das gesamte Haus müsste (meiner Meinung nach) mindestens "sanft" renoviert werden. Das Essen war echt gut. Schade, dass unsere wohlverdienten Oster-Ferien nicht voll unserer Erwartungen erfüllt wurden.

Pros:

Aufgrund der negativen Bewertungen haben wir uns lange überlegt, ob wir das Hotel buchen soll. Wir können die Aussagen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Gebäude sind alt, aber es wurde renoviert. Es ist sauber und alles funktioniert. Personal an der Rezeption spricht deutsch und erledigt alles sofort. Frühstück war reichhaltig, grosse Auswahl.
Wir würden wieder ein Familienzimmer buchen.

Super mooie uitzicht voor het ontbijt, kopje koffie en even een break in het speeltuintje. De kamers waren ook heel leuk en knus. Zeker wel hygienisch. Voor de rest was het een super leuke ervaring. Als we zwitserland weer een keertje gaan bezoeken zullen we het zeker overwegen om hier opnieuw te overnachten!

Cons:

Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat de kamers erg gehorig waren bij de slaapkamers. We hebben zelf kinderen dus geen last gehad van de kamers naast ons waar ook kinderen aan het huilen waren. Maar je hoorde wel alles.
