Pros:

The room was comfortable with a very nice lake view, at the check in we were upgraded a room with balcony. Breakfast was satisfactory but dinner menu was limited choice not enough for our taste too many Asia and Indian dishes.
Also we were very please to be offered the shuttle service during our stay.
Overall we enjoyed our short stay.

The view from our room was so beautiful. More options could be added to the breakfast.

Cons:

Breakfast was included in our reservation, yet it could have been better overall; I would have expected more options. My sister is vegan, and it was especially difficult for her. Bathroom was quite small and it seemed old.

A beautiful and peaceful stay perfect for families.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully located with a great view. It’s so peaceful and quiet. The family room was perfect for us with the kids having their own room, and us having our own sink area - it’s well designed and spacious enough for the 4 of us. The breakfast was quite simple and basic but consistent. We didn’t mind it. The restaurant for dinner has a beautiful view and a really nice playground that the kids loved. The best part about our entire experience was the staff, especially the waiters in the restaurant - they were so accommodating to our special requests, very kind to the kids and always getting the orders right and quality was good too. I highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation, it’s kid friendly and lots of open space to play around.

Cons:

We didn’t mind it too much but it’s important to note that it’s quite a 10-15 minute uphill walk from the lake promenade or train station to the hotel. We were fine to do it with the kids, and there are shortcuts but it’s not for everyone especially if it’s hot.

Pros:

An amazing hotel with breathtaking views of Brienz, the lake, and the surrounding mountains. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The restaurant offers delicious food with a wide variety of cuisines and dishes, and the terrace provides stunning panoramic views. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, always happy to recommend activities and local attractions. A wonderful place to stay, and I would highly recommend it.

The best place I’ve ever stayed.
Pros:

This was the most incredible place I’ve ever stayed. We booked a suite for myself, my husband and our daughters 4 y/o & 6m. The staff were so helpful, especially Joy and the room, wow the room!
This trip was to celebrate my 30th birthday and it was so perfect. We ate in the restaurant there most nights, despite being costly for what we’re used to spending, the food was exquisite and again the staff were so lovely.
The room was clean, fresh and so comfy and the views breathtaking.
We actually asked to add on an extra night because we loved it there so much and they were super accommodating. Plenty of parking, easy access to the town, peaceful and beautiful. Brienz is the perfect place to station yourself in my opinion.

Cons:

Nothing, it was genuinely perfect.

اعجبنى الموقع فقط لا انصح الخليجين بهذ الفندق يطلبون منك توقيع على ورقه كلها تهديد وغرامات اكثره 600فرنك وأقل غرامه 50فرنك. لاانصح يه للخليجين خصوصن وقبل تسليم الغرفه يرسلون احد العاملين. للتشيك. على اي. شي حتى. الزياله الفطور. بس كروسان وبيض. بس

La navette proposée depuis la gare (la montée étant très raide jusqu'à l hôtel !!) Ne pas oublier de la demander !!

Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Italien
Pros:

Die Lage am Hang ist sehr schön, man sollte aber entweder gut zu Fuß sein oder muss eben ein Fahrzeug benutzen.... Der Seeblick vom Fenster aus war super.
Das Personal, der Vielfalt der internationalen Gäste angepasst, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Bei gutem Wetter ist die Terrasse vom Restaurant mit Blick auf Brienzer See und Berge schnell der Lieblingsplatz.
Das Frühstück entspricht dem Standard.
Das Schwimmbad macht einen guten Eindruck, wurde jedoch nicht genutzt.

Cons:

Bei Buchung werden Fotos aller Kategorien gezeigt. Tatsächlich war auch ein Foto von unserem Zimmer dabei......
Das Marketing hat gute Arbeit geleistet, denn öffnet man die Tür ist man erstmal enttäuscht.
Das Badezimmer war sehr klein, der Verschluss vom Ablauf des Waschbeckens defekt und die Tür hat gequetscht.....
Weil wenig oder kein Stauraum haben wir aus den Koffern gelebt.
