Nothing - place not clean - didn’t put water - noisy at night because the disco night club the room not comfortable- they didn’t check the room or the facility for next customer

House keeping was bad, room too small, breakfast below average.
Such a beautiful hotel! Would recommend!
Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel location is excellent, right on the tram line and very close to a seaside park. It is also close to the ferry terminal that goes to the Princes’ Islands.
The room size was quite reasonable. We would have preferred a family room, but unfortunately, we had to book two separate rooms as we are a family of four. However, this was not a major issue.
Breakfast was good. It was not very extensive, but it was well-prepared and enjoyable.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely visit again next year.

The housekeeping staff were excellent, and the restaurant staff were also great—especially Karim and Hassan, as well as a kind lady at the bar (I don’t know her name), who was wearing a hijab and was very friendly and welcoming. Sometimes there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, but it would go away after turning on the air conditioning and opening the windows for a short time.

Едно от големите предимства за нас беше безплатният паркинг, което е рядкост и огромно удобство в Истанбул. Закуската в ресторанта беше много вкусна, а гледката към Босфора я правеше още по-специална.
Персоналът беше изключително любезен и отзивчив – както човекът на рецепцията, така и служителят, който се грижеше за колата ни. Наистина се почувствахме добре посрещнати и обслужени.
С удоволствие бихме посетили хотела отново и горещо го препоръчваме!
