For us, the location was very good. Close to the port, which is a marvelous area to walk.
Hotel w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Tuż przy jednym z węzłów przesiadkowych - Kabatas. Metro na Taksim, promy w wielu kierunkach.
Również kilka minut od hotelu - przystanek tramwajowy z którego można dojechać do turystycznego centrum jak i do miejsc kolejnych transferów, na inne linie.
Pokoje w hotelu - bardzo czyste. Mimo okien na ruchliwą ulicę - w pokoju jest cicho, można wypocząć.
Klimatyzacja dobrze chłodzi, jest w miarę cicha - nie przeszkadza w odpoczynku.
Obsługa - bardzo życzliwa, miła i pomocna. Pracownicy hotelu - dla Was dziesięć gwiazdek :-)
Zarówno w recepcji jak i personel sprzątający i oczywiście, w restauracji podczas posiłku.
Widok z tarasu restauracji - to jest wisienka na torcie - Cieśnina Bosfor " na wyciągnięcie ręki". Bardzo dobre śniadania, urozmaicone a i kilka stałych dań - również, niezmiennie smaczne i robią wrażenie.
Polecam hotel Metropolitan Bosphorus.
Są tańsze hotele ale hotel z taką obsługą a przede wszystkim - widokiem, to jest coś, czego się nie zapomni!

Nothing
Location is great and cannot be beaten if you want to discover istanbul, they changed my room as I requested. They are very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The room service was great and very helpful.
Only issue is with booking.com as I cannot choose specific room and floor. You may not get the room you've wanted and seen in pictures.

Het hotel is super schoon de mensen zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De auto kan voor de deur staan. Er zit een restaurant met heerlijk eten in het hotel.

Location is perfect
Room size, and design could be better
Very good hotel. It definitely deserves 5 stars, especially for the amazing view, the restaurant, and the friendly staff.
What I didn't like was that the room was very small. Also, something funny happened—they asked me to pay for the welcome snacks when I checked out. I've never had that happen at any hotel before, and they didn't tell me at the beginning that the snacks were not free.
