The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. We felt well looked after throughout our stay and lacked nothing. The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are well equipped, and communication with the staff was always professional and efficient. We also appreciated how quickly the team responded to our concerns and found a solution when we requested a room change. Although the replacement room was slightly smaller, it offered natural daylight and was much more pleasant. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
There is some room for improvement regarding housekeeping and the minibar service. We found a clipped fingernail on the carpet, which should not happen in a hotel of this standard. In addition, the duvet appeared to be folded and rearranged rather than changed, and the cups seemed to have been only briefly rinsed instead of replaced.
We were also initially assigned a room facing the inner courtyard despite requesting a small upgrade. The windows looked directly onto a wall, resulting in very little natural light and making the room feel dark and enclosed. Fortunately, the hotel addressed the issue quickly after we raised our concerns.

I strongly do not recommend this hotel — never stay here!
My family and I decided to stay at this place and booked a luxury room via the Booking.com app, paying a considerable amount. The reality was shocking: instead of the expected panoramic view, we faced a blank wall of the opposite building on all sides. Because of this, the room was dark — there was no daylight at all.
We asked to change the room or get a refund, but received a firm refusal:
* we were told there were no available rooms, and if there were any, they would be the same;
* no refunds were possible — they said we had chosen this option ourselves on Booking.com.
At the same time, the description on the platform **didn’t include a single word** about the fact that the luxury room had no view at all. It seems that complaints like this are common for this place, and the staff has long been used to them. We didn’t receive any apologies or attempts to resolve the situation.
*The breakfast* was a story of its own. Yes, the dining area had a view of the Bosphorus Strait, but that was the only plus:
* the food selection was extremely limited (which is especially strange for Turkey);
* plates emptied quickly, with almost no replenishment;
* to get coffee, you had to ask the bartender in person;
* waiters ignored guests;
* there were no fruits at all;
* nobody offered to cook eggs or other dishes.
After the very first breakfast, we stopped using this service and found excellent restaurants by the Bosphorus — the food there was tastier and the service was much better.
*The overall atmosphere of the hotel* also left an unpleasant impression:
* the interior is predominantly black, making the space very dark and uncomfortable;
* early in the morning, I accidentally saw some women of easy virtue being brought to the hotel. This gives an idea of the target audience this place is actually meant for and its real level.
*Conclusion:* we made a mistake by staying here.
