Staff behaviour and services is good location is good

Cons:

Bed and mattress spring break up damage my legs badly. Very uncomfortable Bathroom tools are very bad and very old .. No water coming properly..room is without geyser and heater.

I booked the suit most expensive room, the room which I entered first no TV was working neither the landline.
Then they gave me another room , same no TV and this time the bathtub which was the main highlight of the room that thing was not working.
Totally waste of money and very bad experience.

Pros:

I like the staff here very much, everyone is very enthusiastic and sincere. Usually the boss treats his employees well, so the employees treat their customers well.

I have stayed in this hotel more than four times. When I checked in for the first time, the receptionist, Himanshi, took me to the room where I stayed. I am very grateful for her kind service. Because the front gate of Hotel Lavit is under construction, I enter from the side. For a woman travel alone, especially a foreign woman, she may be a little afraid of which hotel she will book at the moment. Fortunately, Himanshi took me to the room where I stayed, which made me feel comfortable.

Upon entering the room to confirm the AC, TV and other equipment, Himanshi asked Abhishek from House keeping to check it. When I was about to leave, I used the app to call for a taxi. Because I was not familiar with the local environment, the driver did not come to the hotel to pick me up. Abhishek helped me carry my luggage and tell me to go there together. I am really grateful to him.

I really want to thank all the staff here for making my stay in Faridaba a great experience! Thank you.

Cons:

The only small drawback is that the wifi is unstable. For someone who travels for work, I sometimes need the Internet to hold online meetings or check my emails. It is inconvenient for me not to have an Internet connection.
