Soggiorno a Fez
Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff, l'ampiezza delle camere e la posizione a poca distanza dall'ingresso della Medina. Abbiamo richiesto un cambio stanza e ci hanno subito accontentati. Abbiamo anche usufruito della guida proposta dall'hotel e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il bilancio totale, anche in considerazione del prezzo pagato, è sicuramente positivo.

Cons:

Il bagno della prima stanza aveva una piccola finestrella senza vetri, d'estate può far piacere, ma con 10°C fuori diventa un problema. Inoltre presentava un po' di muffa. Ci hanno cambiato stanza e la situazione era molto migliorata, nonostante anche qui ci fosse un problema di aerazione nel bagno. Dopo aver fatto la doccia, infatti, l'umidità fatica a disperdersi nonostante la ventola funzionante.

La ubicación es perfecta, en una calle dentro de la Medina, a menos de 5 minutos de la Puerta Azul.
Ideal para acceder a las excursiones.
Está muy limpio, las habitaciones y el aseo son amplias, el personal muy amable y resolutivo.
Los desayunos completos y todo recién hecho, incluso los 2 días que nos lo llevamos porque madrugamos mucho estaban los crepes calientes.
Sin duda volveré al Riad Fes Miracle.

Encantada con el Riad
Pros:

Está muy bien situado, a 50 metros de una de las calles principales de la Medina y a 5 minutos de la Puerta Azul, de donde salen la mayoría de las excursiones.
Las habitaciones del Riad son amplias, los aseos limpios, la cama comodísima y muy grande.
Los desayunos son correctos, todo casero y recién hecho, incluso cuando salimos de excursión y el día de vuelta que nos prepararon el desayuno para llevar a las 5:30h de la mañana.
Los dos chicos encargados del Riad son muy agradables y nos ofrecieron habitaciones mejores de las que teníamos reservadas.
Hemos quedado muy satisfechos con el Riad, si vuelvo a Fez será allí, estuvimos muy cómodos.

Brilliant visit with amazing staff
Pros:

Traditional setting close to all the local attractions. Nothing was too much trouble with a lovely welcome and breakfast. Room was comfortable and roof terrace provided a magnificent view.

Pros:

We absolutely enjoying to stay here. The communication was so good and everything was finely arranged. The room is very clean, with a great location to the market and breakfast is very good and staffs very kind. Hot water and heater works very well. They arranged the airport taxi for us too. Great value, and I would love to come back again.
