The hotel was in an excellent location and was very well maintained. The staff was warm, friendly, and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant.
The only area for improvement is offering a wider variety of breakfast options. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is nearby a busy street but little bit behind so reasonably quiet. The rooms we booked were quite big and well equipped. On the ground floor, you can't really open the window as you are in the lobby. The restaurant was good qnd breakfast as well. Responsive staff when we had small issues or questions.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed the beautiful traditional Kerala architecture of the property. The entire place was exceptionally well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The hospitality and customer service were outstanding, making our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic and relaxing stay.
I would also like to suggest conducting a proper inspection of the rooms before handing them over to guests. We experienced an issue with an electric lamp that had a short circuit, so ensuring all electrical fittings are checked for safety would greatly improve the guest experience. Additionally, having more food options on the menu would make the stay even better.
