Locarion was close to all the main sites.

Cons:

We got Room 1 which was positioned with the main check-in/reception desk and foyer outside our window. This meant lots of noise throughout the day and into the late evening. The bathroom was terrible - sewer smell, lots of mould on the ceilings and lots of small flies which I presume were coming in via the drain/vents.

A lovely, reasonably priced heritage hotel on a central location.
Pros:

Lovely heritage hotel with a tranquil garden. Very central location. The restaurant food was excellent and reasonably priced and the waiters were very friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great and it would be nice if they served coffee. They weren’t very welcoming at check in.

A perfect spot for exploring fort kochi
Pros:

Good central location but peaceful surroundings and gardens. Private bungalow accommodation and outdoor dining for breakfast. Comfy bed, air con and new bathroom. Able to get a drink of wine by the glass from the bar

Serene holiday in the centre of Fort Kochi
Pros:

Ok. Location was perfect. The garden was a bonus. The rooms were nice. I wish they kept it a little cleaner. Breakfast was just right.

We had an early checkout and the manager was exceptionally kind—he arranged a travel-friendly breakfast for us and delivered it the night before, which we really appreciated. The building itself is beautiful, and the gardens are lovely and well maintained.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our room was not clean on arrival, particularly the floors and bathroom. We had booked a triple room, but the space for the third bed was extremely cramped and uncomfortable, which made the stay less enjoyable. With a bit more pre-planning and better management, this could be improved significantly.

Very comfortable and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location, staff very friendly. Very good breakfast and nice quiet garden area which is rare in this busy city.

Beautifully maintained heritage building, very peaceful setting
Pros:

beautiful verandah, and peaceful courtyard in the heart of fort kochi - excellent location for sightseeing. the staff were very helpful, and the food delicious! the rooms were well appointed, very comfortable beds and linen, good wifi, and other amenities you might want - dgitial TV / fridge / hairdryer etc.

Cons:

we choose a smaller room which was in the main house, this meant that the windows looked out onto the public verandah and were blocked, which meant that the room had no natural light... if this important to you, i would choose one of the other rooms

Staff was extremely helpful. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. The property is very beautiful with a small pond.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned properly. The bathroom, room floor, towels and bedsheets were dirty. Appliances such as AC and TV were not working properly. Wifi was weak and occasionally not working.
