Pros:

Casa Majeva is a really nice guesthouse located walking distance to Playa Brazil. It has its own restaurant with delicious food. Breakfast is abundant and traditional. Our host was delightful and always attentive to our needs. The guesthouse is designed and decorated with taste and the swimming pool is really nice. All is very clean. Casa Majeva is located far from town (20 min) and requires driving on a good dirt road to reach it. This was not an issue for us. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend it to other travelers.

Het verblijf is heel cool en de keuken was overheerlijk! Ik heb hier zonder overdrijven de beste scampi’s van mijn leven gegeten. Alles was tiptop in orde en iedereen was heel behulpzaam.

L'hôtel est superbe et après la route depuis Oaxaca c'était vraiment très reposant. Nous avons pu nous baigner dans le Pacifique le lendemain matin.

We hebben genoten!
Pros:

Als je de poort doorloopt dan kom je echt terecht in een klein paradijs. Wat een heerlijke plek! De kamer is ruim en heeft een goede airco, goede bedden en een keuken. Horren voor de ramen was ook erg prettig gezien het er veel muggen waren. Er waren een aantal andere families om te eten en relaxen in de middag/avond maar wij waren de enige gasten voor overnachting wat het de volgende ochtend heerlijk rustig maakte. Hele vriendelijke eigenaren, die zelfs een beetje engels spraken en ons goed op weg hielpen. We konden er in de avond eten en de volgende ochtend maakten ze eten voor ons om mee te nemen. We hebben een hele prettige ervaring en zouden hier zeker weer terug komen.

Cons:

Het enige wat een beetje lastig was, is de bereikbaarheid. Het ligt wat afgelegen en om er te komen moet je een lange zandweg over. Vooral het laatste stuk was niet heel prettig als je geen 4WD hebt. Het had flink geregend en de weg was een modderpoel. De eigenaar hielp ons echter wel door voor ons uit te rijden en beloofde ons eruit te trekken als we vast kwamen te zitten.

Verder staat er op booking een dollar prijs, terwijl je daar een pesos prijs afrekent. Tegen een nogal ongunstige koers. Het is niet helemaal duidelijk waarom, dit kan natuurlijk ook aan booking liggen dat dit niet juist vermeld wordt.

Wat betreft de ruimte heb ik echt niks aan te merken. Dat was gewoon fantastisch en zeer aan te raden!
