Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Very good hotel, the facility and breakfast were exceptional. The staff were very good.

The hotel management was not at all coperative and wasn't ready to understand the situation.

Cons:

check out was terrible, no one was there to help out with luggage. It took too long for the counter staff to check on our room and check on minibar use, despite us informing that we were already late for the flight, finally without properly checking for the items we used the counter staff charged us for the whole minibar.

Pros:

The name luxury is just is in the name

Cons:

Ordered some rice, got a mosquito in it. Ordered some coffee, it just curdled. After all this, I didn’t even feel like having breakfast at that place.
