Best hotel stay in a long time, also get the river view room
Pros:

The location is perfect, right at the dock, on the Danube, it is very quiet and calm, but also the city center is very close. As you exit the boat hotel, there is a lovely promenade along the river which is very well lit and maintained.

The hotel staff is amazing, extremely polite, they never bother you, they are not rushing you with anything. The room is way better than I expected: after walking in the sun for some time, the cool AC in the room was like heaven, everything seems new and well maintained, the river view is perfect and serene, and the best part: they have two separate bathrooms, one for each guest.

Also the restaurant, Crazy Fish, which is on the deck of the boat is a very good restaurant with an elegant design.

I just want to add that I had forgotten a shirt in the room, and not only that the cleaning staff found it, but the management kept it for over a week until I contacted them. They communicated very efficiently, and exactly as they promised. Thank you again!

Cons:

The only thing that is missing is a mini-bar or a small fridge in the room. The food everywhere in Ruse is very good, so you will tend to order more food than needed, it would have been useful to be able to take the food to go and keep it in the fridge.

Rămâne printre primele opțiuni pentru viitoarele excursii la Ruse.
Pros:

Micul dejun foarte ieftin (10 leva), bun și suficient. Personalul este foarte amabil.

Cons:

Pros:

I really liked the vibe here before anything else. I’m happy with the price for what you get. I pass by this area all the time and this is my first time staying here. The staff is friendly and speaks English. The restaurant is nice and clean.

Cons:

I haven’t had a bad experience overall, this place is nice. The room is just super tiny and the bed ain’t that comfy. Also, let’s not forget this is a ship, so it might creak a bit. Thanks for everything!

Amazing to wake with a river outside your window

Hristo Stoitchkov shop was a bonus! Boat Restaurant did good food and drinks
