A clean, comfortable, and hassle free stay with great amenities, highly recommended.
Pros:

Stayed here recently and honestly couldn’t fault it. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and having a smart TV plus a private ensuite made it feel a lot more like a hotel than a shared house.
Kitchen’s shared but kept really clean, and it was handy having tea and coffee there. The tumble dryer was a nice bonus too, especially if you’re staying a bit longer.
Felt comfortable the whole time, no issues at all. Would definitely stay again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending it.

Pros:

Such a lovely stay! The room is super clean, cosy, and beautifully styled—exactly like the photos. The bed was really comfy, and I loved the little touches like the decor and plenty of natural light!

The bathroom was spotless and felt really modern, with a great rain fall shower. Everything just felt fresh and well looked after. Secure access, easy to follow instructions.

I felt really comfortable and safe here—would definitely stay again 💕

Pros:

Great stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Even though the bathroom and kitchen were shared with other rooms, everything was spotless and very well maintained. The kitchen had everything needed, and the whole house felt warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent and value for money , had everything I needed
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cosy and provided a great night’s sleep, and having a smart TV in the room was a real bonus for relaxing in the evening.
The private ensuite was clean and well-maintained, with everything working perfectly. The shared kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need – plenty of cookware, utensils, and appliances – making it very convenient for preparing meals.
Overall, a comfortable, well-organised, and welcoming place to stay. I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Suitable for our short trip
Pros:

Bathroom very clean, shower excellent with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Room was spacious

Cons:

Privacy screen on window would be appreciated as it looks straight out onto a main residential road. Bed slightly smaller than a double.

Not a private place
Pros:

Unfortunately I was dissatisfied. I was welcomed by a policeman guarding the place due to some past days events. In the morning the waching machine was unloaded and laundry covered entire common space with water. Some handicapped person was staying there falling on the floor several times a day and strangers from the street could enter the house.

Cons:

Very loud location. The room was made from a corridor what resulted in everyone coming in grabbing the door handle that was waking me up at night. Unfortunately I do not recommend

Its sharing house .the alleway whn u entre the house was scary & light dint work whn u walk.second stairs to narrow to go on first floor specialy whn u have lagguage.third carpet was so dirty .fourth bed mattress was too old & broken u cant sleep propley.fifth pillow also was broken .shower & toilet u have to share(they gve u only 1toilet tissue to use)u room dint clean whn u stay ..over all only in pictires property look nice other wise living there was not comfortable at all.i book for 3days only reason i stay there bec i cant cancel it.

Totally Unacceptable.
Pros:

Close to the city centre.

Cons:

I booked 8 nights for my 21-year-old son to stay here. When he left, I was slapped with a bill as my son was accused of stealing the smart TV from the kitchen. I asked for evidence from the owner whose phone number happened to be in the Philippines, but 4 days later, still nothing. I contacted booking.com to ask the owner for evidence, and still nothing.

My son told me that the place was busy all the time and the external door was not locked whilst he was there. So Joe Public could have walked in.

Worst place I have ever stayed.
Pros:

Nothing/leaving

Cons:

Smoke detector removed from room.
Main door lock didn't work.
Keypad on room door didn't work, door frame pulled away from door, door lock loose.
Not a double bed, terrible mattress.
Hole in bathroom door.
TV not working.
Small towels.
