Ok if you don't have many other options
Pros:

Staff/manager was attentive, but facilities are getting long in the tooth.

Cons:

Toilets fill so slow, you have to take off cover and self-fill if flush more than once. Water scolding hot, have to just barely put on hot and adjust as best can toward cold. Noisy outside rooms and lots of ants.
