Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!
I booked a two-night stay at this hotel in Manali, hoping for a relaxing getaway, but it turned out to be an absolute disaster! The management here is beyond unprofessional, especially the so-called “General Manager,” who clearly lacks basic courtesy, communication skills, and professionalism.
From the moment we arrived, the attitude of the GM was appalling. He was rude, dismissive, and acted as if he was doing us a favor by letting us stay at the hotel. Any genuine concern or query was met with arrogance and a complete lack of willingness to help. It’s shocking to see someone so ill-suited for a hospitality role.
The hotel itself was no better. The room was poorly maintained, with dirty linens and a musty smell. Basic amenities were missing or non-functional, and when we requested assistance, it was blatantly ignored. The food was subpar, and the dining area was unhygienic.
This experience completely ruined our trip to Manali. I would strongly urge anyone considering this place to steer clear. There are plenty of better options in Manali with professional staff who actually care about their guests.
Save your money, time, and sanity—do not stay here!
