it was a good stay averall the staff did try and help us when we asked.
Pros:

the apartment looks good and its situated in a very nice location.

Cons:

the beds are old,wifi didn't work, there was no iron/ironing board,when we arrive we saw that they have someone to carry the bags but not for us and the tenants made a lot of noise and their smoke was choking us from our rooms

Disappointing becos of unruly other guests

Nothing, we booked out after one night as we had to stay because we arrived late and had no other option.

Cons:

This is not luxury accommodation; it's a party place for youngsters wanting to party. We didn't get any sleep due to the all-night noise outside and in the flats. We felt unsafe and were hugely disappointed. This property is not conducive to families, professional people, business travelers, or international travelers expecting luxury. The property was not clean, the beds were wonky, there were hairs in the bath, and the cupboard and toilet roll holder were broken. The pictures were not what we got. I would not recommend this property. Please note, we had to move and booked out ASAP in the morning and found better accommodation.

Probably passable, but will not stay there again.

Very friendly staff. Location not too bad

Cons:

It feels if everything is worn and has high mileage. The elevator light was broken, pitch dark inside. The elevator button on our floor held together with cable ties, Dstv in the room not functional. The plastic material of the couches were sticky. The beds are comfortable, but we itched for some or other reason (both beds). It advertises full sea views, but it is in fact behind another big high rise building with a limited sea view
