It was a great place to be, and we would definitely use this accommodation again.
Pros:

The staff were great, the room was great and it was a perfect place for a young female solo traveler (the friend I booked the apartment for) to be safe but at the same time have easy access to all the vibrant life of Cape Town.

Cons:

A little bit noisy at times.

The lady on front desk was exeptional ,helpful and coulf not do enough ,she should be manegmant .

Cons:

One of the men on frint desk was rude and unfrendly ,and pool and gym was not in use anymore ,but still in pictures

Very disappointed 😞
Pros:

The view was great.
Beds were very comfortable.
The space was great.

Cons:

Room: The glass rails on the balcony, some of them was broken, some of them was loose at the top and some were standing on wood blocks, making it very dangerous for kids to go outside. They had to stay indoors the whole weekend.All the doors was struggling to open to go outside. One of the rooms fan wasn't working. One of the bathrooms extractor fans was broken. The towel railing in one of the bathrooms was broken. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was leaking. One of the bathrooms windows clips was missing. The aircon in the lounge front swinging part was missing. One of the cupboards was broken in the kitchen.

Service:
The receptionist did not give any instructions upon arrival for how to get to the room.

Closer to everything, you don’t to drive a distance
Pros:

The place is not beachfront, you walk about 7mins to the beach so they should not say beachfront

Cons:

The shower door was not working so makes it difficult to take a people shower because of water overflowing

Pros:

Spacious apartment

Cons:

Housekeep is very poor, dustbin not cleaned once over the 3 nights and spilled coffee on the balcony not cleaned (we cleaned the best we could)

Windows exceptionally dirty.

Everything in the apartment felt sticky, has not been cleaned propperly in a long time.

Carpet in the lounge has not seen a vacume cleaner in a very long time.

General maintenance is non exhisting. Paint chipped all over the apartment, very bad scratches on furniture, shower head damaged for a long time (mould growing on damaged part)

Lights in starecase not working (serious safety hazard)

Door from basement to lifts damaged foe a very long time.
