Awful I was booked for a 5 days and checked out after 2
Pros:

Close to the beach
Air conditioning in bedroom
Daily cleaning

Cons:

The main reason I booked is that it was advertised with pool and gym - neither were open or planned to be open while I was there.
Lift broke down and wasn’t repaired for two days. The apartment is on the 11th floor and it was 35deg outside

We really had a good stay in the replaced apartment.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating when we complained about the noise levels and lack of sea or mountain view. It was not as advertised on Booking.com and we showed them the website pictures which did not correspond at all with what we got. They did however listen to us as we were there for a week to rest and needed calm and quiet. After a while the staff moved us to a 2 bedroom apartment which was a very nice room.

Cons:

The booking.com site did not clearly indicate that there are 2 blocks of apartments. One block is on the street side of the building and it literally sounds as if you are on the pavement. No view of beach or city only busy streets.

It was a great place to be, and we would definitely use this accommodation again.
Pros:

The staff were great, the room was great and it was a perfect place for a young female solo traveler (the friend I booked the apartment for) to be safe but at the same time have easy access to all the vibrant life of Cape Town.

Cons:

A little bit noisy at times.

Pros:

The view was great.
Beds were very comfortable.
The space was great.

Cons:

Room: The glass rails on the balcony, some of them was broken, some of them was loose at the top and some were standing on wood blocks, making it very dangerous for kids to go outside. They had to stay indoors the whole weekend.All the doors was struggling to open to go outside. One of the rooms fan wasn't working. One of the bathrooms extractor fans was broken. The towel railing in one of the bathrooms was broken. The shower head in one of the bathrooms was leaking. One of the bathrooms windows clips was missing. The aircon in the lounge front swinging part was missing. One of the cupboards was broken in the kitchen.

Service:
The receptionist did not give any instructions upon arrival for how to get to the room.

The lady on front desk was exeptional ,helpful and coulf not do enough ,she should be manegmant .

Cons:

One of the men on frint desk was rude and unfrendly ,and pool and gym was not in use anymore ,but still in pictures
