Pros:

Unit is good, utilities are working fine and staff ate responsive. Bed has both a double and a single so for large persons like me its good. toilet is a little bit small but fits me a 6ft 105kg guy. Internet is stable and works for my requirements.

Cons:

The hike going up the place is too steep and the road is kind of rough road.

Mess up condotel unit
Pros:

Nothing specifically

Cons:

The bathroom is a mess. There's no toilet flush, the heater wasn't working properly. The bathroom is too small and not comfortable at all.
The beds were placed right beside the window with no guardrills and it's not safr for anyone to move around the bed when sleeping! There isn't enough pillows even when the reservation was placed for a group of 6. The pillows and the bed covrr were smelly. It feels lile the room wasn ' t prepared at all

Total Disaster. Not satisfied.
Pros:

I like that the owner was able to provide what we have requested. eg.; additional fan and extension.

Cons:

1. Customer service. The staff aren't friendly. Our unit does not have clean drinking water so we requested for a refill, but the staff declined to go up instead, he told us to go down to the lobby and carry it all the way up to our room, which is horrible.
2. The disconnection with the owner and building staff. When we arrived, the staff was not informed by our arrival which is a horrible experience. We had to call the owner so she can speak with the staff! Total b*llsh*t
3. The owner does not know how to provide accurate and easy directives. When we went to the area, we had to call the owner multiple times so we can get to the exact location.
4. The room wasn't even clean at all! The refrigerator was a total mess and the beddings are smelly.
