The staff was excellent especially the young lady who checked me in. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable.
We I arrived in my room the bathroom tub had about 1/2 of filthy water in it.

The room was clean and comfortable
The room I was give was next to the elevator and
ice machine. Too noisy. The A/C took all night to make it 5 degrees cooler.

Staff was excellent - coming and going. Hotel was clean and quiet. Breakfast was pleasant, tasty, and filling. The hotel was 2.5 miles form where I needed to be in the morning.
Nothing - it was great.
Drove up from Harlingen for a MD appt. Stayed one night in a king room with our dog. Everything was clean, comfortable and staff were very friendly! They had two areas available to take my dog out with dog waste stations! Had a hot breakfast in the morning too-eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles.
Bonus: I accidentally left my wedding ring and earrlings in the room and did not notice until after we were more than halfway back to Harlingen. called the hotel adn they had my jewelry and I was able to send them a shipping label for them to mail it to me- very thankful for this and the staff I talked to were vbery helpful and kind!
Pillows were very, very soft and hard to have good head and and neck support, even with two of them.
