Great stay
Pros:

The breakfast is lovely. The location is nice and the staff and service were lovely. Nothing to complain about.

Overall, it was fine but it could have been better if they had cleaning team on that Saturday.

Pros:

The location was good for the things we plan to do, The breakfast was great they had a lot to offer. Staff was friendly. The pool was clean and very nice to use. There was plenty of parking.
The room was pretty well the pointed and they have great water pressure and lots of hot water in the shower.

Cons:

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The security lock on the side door to the parking lot was not working and the door was unsecured Just anyone could walk in and out of it and we did have a moment where we were uncomfortable with who followed us in. One elevator was broken and the other one was shaky.

Pros:

Limpeza, simpatia dos funcionários e piscina.

Cons:

Elevador quebrado foi a pior parte. Tive que subir escadas carregando peso e quando funcionava era preciso apertar os botões para todos os andares, por isso ele ia parando, o que tornava o processo demorado e causava longo tempo de espera.
Também não gostei da vedação acústica. Era possível ouvir o barulho da freeway.

Exceeded our expectations. Excellent value for money!
Pros:

We had a really great stay at Hampton Inn Austin North and can highly recommend this hotel.

What stood out the most was the excellent value for money. Compared to other hotels we stayed at during our Texas trip in a similar price range, this hotel was by far the best.

The staff truly made this place special. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy in their work. You could feel the positive atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The breakfast was also surprisingly good, especially by American standards. Everything was fresh, well organized, and the breakfast staff was very kind and attentive.

The absolute highlight for us was the complimentary evening meal offered to hotel guests. That was such a thoughtful and generous extra, and something we really appreciated.

Another detail we loved was that they even prepared grab-and-go breakfast bags for guests who didn’t have time to sit down in the morning. That level of care and thoughtfulness is rare and made a big impression on us.

We also want to mention that cleanliness was excellent. Towels and linens were fresh, clean, and spotless, something we unfortunately cannot say about every hotel we stayed in during this trip.

We are visiting from Germany, and this was a once-in-a-lifetime trip for us, so we will most likely not return to Austin anytime soon. But if we ever come back, we would absolutely stay here again.

A wonderful hotel with genuinely caring staff. We can wholeheartedly recommend it.

Not what I was expecting especially after driving 4 hours to get there
Cons:

I wasn’t told about $50 required deposit till I arrived. The hotel was a little out dated. One elevator was broken and the other one sounded like it was gonna quit working while you was in it. I wish I would’ve stayed at a different hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.
