Chambre dans une maison confortable à partager
Pros:

Les instructions d'arrivées sont très claires. Grande maison partagée bien équipée et extrême propreté.

Cons:

La proximité des chambres. Les 3 chambres rassemblées enlèvent toute intimité sonore. Les autres clients étaient discrets mais on entend les portes s'ouvrir (mécanismes poignées), les discussions, les valises roulées au départ matinal...

Séjour au calme avec une vue depuis les hauts
Pros:

La maison était grande, très bien équipée, 2 salles de bain, de quoi étendre le linge et possibilité de faire une machine sur place. Grand frigo et grande cuisine partagée :) commerces locaux de proximité et départs de rando pas trop loin, de quoi se garer. Au top :)

Cons:

Les poignée de porte des chambres qui grincent fort ^^ mais ça peut s'arranger ;)

Pros:

Maison partagée au calme, parking derrière la maison parfait. À 10 min de Porto Muniz.
Commerces aux alentours bien suffisant.
Cuisine partagée très bien équipée.
Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Une personne est là tous les jours pour s'occuper des chambres et de la blanchisserie, à notre arrivée nous aurions apprécié deux minutes de son temps pour faire le tour car nous n'avons découvert la seconde salle de bain (qui est accessible seulement de l'extérieur) le matin de notre départ.
De plus, malgré la propriété des locataires (pas de chaussures à l'intérieur etc) les espaces communs (sols) n'étaient pas nettoyés et cela se voyait. Les toilettes heureusement si quotidiennement.

The cleaning lady Teresa was a lovely woman.

Cons:

The house has mold, you can smell it in the room.

Also getting a lot of ai messages from Carlos, the owner, whom we didnt see during the stay.

The hammock in the pictures doesnt exist.

Pros:

Very nice house, with all necessary facilities. The house is shared between 3 rooms, but at no point did we have the impression to run into the other guests, the house is definitely large enough for this small number of guests. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious. There are several tables if you prefer to stay isolated during dinner, or a bigger one if you want to share dinner with other guests. There are two bathrooms, so no queues for showering or toilets. Everything is very clean. The garden is peaceful with a nice view. The room is nice.

Cons:

The location is good but not walkable. Maybe missing some basic things in the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper?). This is all I can think of, because it was a very nice stay.
