Tout était formidable. L'espace SPA et Piscine était un très bel endroit et très bien organisé, le bar lounge est très agréable et offre une très belle vue de la ville et la chambre était très belle. Seul petit bémol, notre sauna privatif (dans la chambre) ne marchait pas la première nuit, nous avons donc déménagé dans une chambre à côté pour la 2eme nuit afin de pouvoir en avoir un fonctionnel. Cependant, des solutions ont été rapidement envisagé dès l'annonce qu'il était HS et le personnel a été parfait dans le traitement de cette "mésaventure". Par ailleurs, le personnel était incroyable, au petit soin, à l'écoute et très gentil. Un superbe minibar gratuit et réapprovisionné tous les jours ainsi que des cadeaux en chambre ont permis de faire de ce séjour un très bon dernier weekend à Tokyo ! Merci à l'Okura pour son acceuil !
Okura Heritage is always great with superlative service and beautiful architecture. I like the gym and the spa. The Yamazato is a great restaurant. I only regret that for the price we were not offered an access to the business lounge (it’s always nice to enjoy a drink at least once during our stay, with a beautiful view over Tokyo Tower). For such a luxury hotel, this option should at least be offered when we book.

The buffet breakfast is a bit of a mess - way too busy, harassed staff, quality not in keeping with the rooms, etc. Quite poor, compared to SEA equivalents.
A few too many wedding photos being taken in the lobby. Feels more like a wedding venue than a hotel at times.

Personnel aimable, très bel hôtel. Chambre au 14 étage, une belle vue, agréable. La sdb est magnifique avec baignoire balneo et un Hammam privé.

The attention to detail and staff were exceptional
Walk to the station on our routes to and from the hotel were 10-15mins, not too long but long enough after a day of 20-30 thousand steps. Road to the hotel is also a slight incline but can feel like a small mountain after a day of walking thousands of steps.
We loved the spaciousness and comfort of our room. Breakfast was excellent too.

The bedding was scratchy and horrible, I heard road noise all night and the AC didn’t get cold. The food in the Orchid restaurant was also pretty bad.
