Very near by the beach, surfing and diving school and restaurants near by. Extremly kind owner!! We even had two seperate fans. Nice terrace. We really liked it here!!

Be careful, before booking this place.If you like privacy and do what you want and when you want, this is not the right place. In the second room lives a woman, who rent the room for couple of months. I was cooking my dinner and suddenly this lady came and started to tell me what to do, that this is her fridge and kitchen meanwhile I was talking to someone by phone ! She just interrupted me and started to teach me what to do! I’m the morning the situation repeats! The owner just smiled at her and told nothing !
Otherwise everything else was perfect , the owner , the room , just everything! so sad because they can have 10 stars, but because of this madam really terrible experience

We stayed 3 nights in this place and everything was perfect , especially for the price. The room was like on the photos or better . Comfortable bed and spacious room with fridge. There’s also a shared kitchen to use with a little balcony in front of it. Also just a short 5 min walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops are close by. The owner was more then friendly and even came around on her birthday to bring us some cake. They can also help you with renting a scooter / tuk tuk. Also, you have the house for yourself kind of , you just share with one other tenant.
Definitely recommend.

The property is conveniently located, less than a 5-minute walk from groceries, restaurants, and fruit and vegetable stores. The owner is friendly and always tries to make our stay perfect. It is definitely worth the money, and we highly recommend it. There is also a nice, calm beach just a 5-10 minute walk from the property. We look forward to coming again!

Place is very calm, has private territory with a nice garden. All necessary locations are nearby: beautiful beaches, good local cafe, fruit market, fish market. Good option for a long stay

I stayed here for a few months and it was a pleasant sta all throughout!
The owners are adorable and went out of their way to please all my needs at all times.
The location is great if you need privacy and a calm area. Its close to the main road and to one of the most beautiful beaches on the south coast (Golden sand beach and clear blue water).
The bedrooms and kitchen are equipped with everything you need for longer or shorter stays. I think the price is Very reasonable considering what you get. I would definitely recommend this! If/when I come back to the area, this is the guesthouse I will book for sure. Enjoy your stay! 🙏🏽👌🏽
