Clean and very helpful
No lift
really nice hotel, a rare gem in Almaty
Everything was perfect except one.
There is no lift. Need to bring the luggage using stairs.

The employees were very nice and polite. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.
The connexion for wifi was not the best.
The property was big with most amenities. I liked the Closets, there were enough for 4 of us. Bathroom was spacious and good.
No Elevator to carry the Luggage to the room. We had to carry 6 Large and 3 small Suitcase to the 1st floor through the staircase and them again bring them done.
The property has one Bathroom which is real fight for 4 people.
As the property was located in one side of the city, it was not good for me. City Center Area was 20 - 25 mins away from the Hotel and there were days we had to face serious traffic.
