My friends and I stayed a few nights in July. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is central, and it was easy to get to all the places we wanted to. The staff helped us arrange a cab, gave us local information. Tea/coffee/snacks in lobby. Staff available 24hrs. Comfortable beds, good sized room. Price was good.
I think it would be helpful to have a mirror in the main room, not just the bathroom.

This is such a lovely hotel, I was very comfortable during the whole time I stayed there. The staff is so friendly and nice, the room and common area were clean, the location is very convenient, in a lively neighborhood. Definitely recommend 100%.

It's a really bad hotel with crooked staff and hidden chaeges. Stinky rooms. Everything broken or old. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! Smells like a tomb. Not for allergics. Aircon stuck at one setting 100% or 0%. 1 meter from your window there is a wall. ALL Restaurants nearby are overpriced tourist traps. Staff at check out time made up some BS charges because i lost small piece of paper they gave me when i asked to hold my bags 20 minutes. I will never return.

l. As a solo traveler, I felt very comfortable and safe here. The room was impressively spacious, giving me plenty of room to relax.
No one bothered to open the door for me, and I was left struggling on my own with two heavy suitcases. Great property and rooms, but the lack of basic hospitality and staff helpfulness ruined the experience.

Good value, quiet location and only 4-5 mins from Khao San road as it’s just a main road away.
Beds can be a bit hard but duvet makes up for it as it’s cosy.
Can hear upstairs footsteps sometimes, our final night had a toddler running around non stop until 3am.
