The place, location, staff and facilities are great. Special thanks Mr Moustafa for the incredible hospitality during our check in. He even explained and recommended places and activities around taif. Also with mr salem and mr eslam are very accommodating. The place is near to everything. Coffee shops, restaurants and park.

الغرفة نظيفة اما الخدمات جدا سيئة واكانت تجربتي في لافطار الذي تم ارسالة لي في الغرفة سيئة جدا وكان هناك تأخير وبعد اتصالات متكرره زصلني بعد ساعة ونصف والكمية قليلة جدا وبدون خبز عربي وبدون ملعقة او شوكة والشاهي وصلني في كاسات ورق من نوعية رديئه جدا وبدون ملعقة لوضع السكر وتحريكة عموما هذي اخر مره اختار هذا الفندق

فندق جميل جدًا وقريب من كل الخدمات ونظيف من الداخل والاستقبال محترم ولطيف والاستاذ مصطفى في الاستقبال عمل ما يشرف الفندق ونازليه

نظيف وقريب من مطاعم جميله ومتنوعه
موظف الاستقبال الاستاذ عبّد الله كان رائع وإستقباله جميل ومتعاون للغايه ومتفاني في تقديم المساعده

It's not value for money,water was not refilled & the worst part was breakfast.I would not let my enemies have such a worst breakfast.no spoon s,no plates ..no service at all....no tea or coffee in the breakfast.
