Please note there is a mandatory New Year’s Eve dinner supplement applicable to stays on the night of 31 December, payable directly at the lodge. The cost thereof is as follows:

Guests booked on Bed & Breakfast - USD 160 per adult and USD 85 per child
Guests booked on Half Board - USD 115 per adult and USD 60 per child
Guests booked on Full Board - USD 85 per adult and USD 45 per child
Children under 4 years will not be charged
The above child prices apply to children between the ages of 4 to 9 years old
The above adult prices apply to children from 10 years and older

Staff not explaining properly. I had booked for 2 people, but when I get to chuini I had to pay for my wife

Why?
For what?

There is no clean beach as advertised, the beach is dirty no one can swim. I booked this establishment because there is a beach and only to find the beach they are referring to is a dirty beach with a lot of plastics and tyres

I feel I was scammed for my money so that I must book. I even wrote them an email to no respond

Their thached houses even leaks when it rained. We were rained while’s we were asleep. Mosquitoes is something I won’t even mention

Because the place is in a bad area, they even hired the Masai people to look after the place

I am too angry if not pissed because I was scammed. Booking.com I will appreciate it if they can pay me back my R3000.00 because the money I paid for my wife I had been scammed

The hotel is nothing the most worse hotel of Zanzibar ,no hygiene standards,no hotel service at all,toilet smells disgusting

Pros:

Det virker som et voksenhotel hvor stemningen er rolig og fredfyldt. Personalet er super søde og venlige. Hytterne ligger langt fra hinanden hvilket giver noget space. Maden er super lækker og der bliver kræset om anretningen.

Cons:

Terrassen ved den ene pool har en del rådne brædder så store splinter og søm stikker op.

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était sale à notre arrivée (draps tachés, propreté insuffisante) et les serviettes n’ont jamais été changées durant tout notre séjour. Des lézards entraient régulièrement dans la chambre. Nous avons également subi de longues coupures d’électricité et d’eau, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très désagréable. L’annonce promettait un accès à internet haut débit, mais ni le Wi-Fi ni la 5G ne fonctionnaient correctement dans la chambre.
Au vu du prix et des promesses faites, nous attendions un service de bien meilleure qualité. Très mauvaise expérience, nous ne recommandons pas cet établissement.
