Pros:

I liked the location which was perfect. The food was very good

Cons:

The message sales man was a little too aggressive selling messages. I did not buy one so he was unhelpfull when i asked him for advice in the sauna.

Otel konumu ve imkanları oldukça güzeldi. Büyük bir alan ve misafirler için her şey düşünülmüştü. Bungalovların merdivenleri başta gözümüzü korkutmuştu ama sonra doğa içinde yürümek ve merdivenlerde yavru kediler ve civcivlerle karşılaşıyor olmak oldukça keyifliydi:) Yemekler genel olarak lezzetliydi ve çeşitlilik açısından da yeterliydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Oyunlarda ve dans etkinliklerinde keyifli vakit geçirmemizi sağlayan Mahsun’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek isteriz:) Tekrar konaklamayı düşündüğümüz bir yer oldu.

Cons:

Bir eksiklik değil feedback olarak checkin sırasında otel app’i detayları, yerleşke içindeki lokasyonlar, katılabileceğimiz aktiviteler gibi konular daha net anlatılabilirdi diye belirtmek isteriz. Bazı şeyleri son iki gün kendi kendimize keşfetmiş olmak biraz üzdü açıkçası. Tur ile gelen ekipler bu detaylara hakimdi diye gözlemledik. Bireysel rezervasyon sonrasında da app linki, otel haritası (sadece odalar değil, tüm yerleşke detayları), akşam etkinlikleri gibi detaylar konaklama öncesinde mailde misafirlere iletilebilir diye düşünüyoruz.

The room's furniture is impractical; the bedside tables are too low to be useful when needed, and the pendant light is low to the ceiling, at body level, causing me to bump into it more than once.

Cons:

- accueil décevant , arrivée à 13h. Chambre reçue à 20h. D’autres personnes attendaient dans le hall avec leurs valises pour la même raison.
- le nettoyage des chambres est mal fait et trop tardif avec manque de serviettes et de produits.
- le prix est disproportionné vu la qualité des chambres et la mauvaise organisation entrainant un retard trés épuisant après un vol matinal . Des matelas , des douchettes qui fuient sur le tuyau chambre 111, fuite d’eau de la chasse d’eau chambre 114 et l’impossibilité d’une bonne communication à la réception par défaut d’anglais des agents.

TUI Magic Life Sarıgerme is a truly beautiful and special place. I have been coming here every year, and in many years I have visited two or even three times. I stayed here again at the beginning of this summer and, as always, I was extremely satisfied.

Whether you visit as a couple, with your family, or on your own, the experience is equally enjoyable. The atmosphere is peaceful, respectful, and very well balanced. Even when travelling alone, you never feel isolated or uncomfortable. The staff make you feel welcome and completely at home.

The food was excellent, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. I have never experienced any issues during any of my stays. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, the staff are always ready to help. Their friendliness and helpfulness feel genuine, not simply part of their job. Many of the employees have also been working here for years, which gives the hotel a warm, familiar, almost family-like atmosphere.

The water sports are fantastic. I go catamaran sailing almost every day, and this is actually where I first learned how to sail a catamaran. The evening entertainment and activities are also very enjoyable. Everything is handled with the right balance: the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed without becoming overly informal, and the staff are attentive without being distant or intrusive.

This is one of the main reasons I return every year, often two or three times. I have visited with my family, as a couple, and by myself, and I have always felt equally welcome. For me, it is much more than just a hotel—it is a place that genuinely feels like coming home.
