A chic hotel with Parisian charm, a very friendly staff located in the city center near a park and university.
The receptionist Simona delighted us with her beauty and many useful information and in addition she accommodated us in the most beautiful room in the hotel.

La gentillesse de la personne en charge du petit déjeuner

Cons:

Un accueil absent avec jeu de piste pour trouver l’établissement secondaire.
Les équipements et la propreté laissaient à désirer (lavabo bouché, WIFI inexistant, …) Mais surtout la malhonnêteté du responsable qui, sous des abords aimables, se moquent totalement de ses clients : Proposition de remboursement d’une nuit pour s’excuser de l’accueil déplorable ! 2 mois plus tard, toujours rien reçu malgré des échanges réguliers (et toujours sympathiques) avec l’hôtelier dont ce n’est jamais la faute !
