Maybe for a four star hotel I was expecting a little better but staff were very helpful and friendly
Pros:

Great location , staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Property is a little outdated, a lot of work going on, drilling and banging from early in the morning which we were not informed about. For a Four star hotel they could not supply an iron to use.

Os produtos de higiene não funcionavam. Estavam presos. Pedimos uma suite superior e o quarto era horrível. Não tinha vista, cheirava a mofo, telefone não funcionava. Voltamos para o quarto que tinhamos reservado inicialmente. Esse cheirava bem apenas tinha também o problema dos produtos de higiene que não funcionavam. Pedimos um ferro e não têm para dispensar aos clientes. Tinhamos que pagar serviço à parte. A devolução do excedente que pagámos do quarto só vão devolver em 30 dias. É um absurdo

Pros:

The location is excellent, hard to find something better, The staff is very professional, helfpul and effective with a polite approach; breakfast is well varied. the standard 2 person room dimension is good, balcony is very nice and spacious. I would probably come back to this hotel.

Cons:

the furniture is quite old and there is no ceiling light which makes the room too dark sometimes.

Disappointing and will not return
Pros:

The room itself was clean but very dark. Lighting is poor.

Cons:

The hotel reception area, corridors and general areas all very run down and in desperate need of modernisation. It looks like a hotel that would have been lovely in the 1970’s and has never been refurbished. The spa area smelt like dirty nappies.

Excellent location so close to the marina with everything within walking distance and great views from the rooms.

Cons:

Quite pricey for what you get. We booked a double room which was 2 single beds pushed together.

7 nights Break after 16 days travelling
Pros:

Location only few minutes Walking to Marina and about 15 to town, room size very good and great views, bed very comfortable , breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, all outside areas around the pool were cleaned every morning and pool area very good.

Cons:

Bit dated in areas but that’s just me, sunbeds very uncomfortable especially as I suffer from few old injuries but again individual experience. Showers heads could do with modernisation and sinks.
