La cama super cómoda y la ducha excelente
El ruido que hacen desde las 6am picando pared en la construcción, las habilitaciones de al lado es como si las personas estarían en la tuya.. se escucha todo! El desayuno no vale la pena, el servicio del lugar es lamentable pesar.

The rooms are incredible here, with such lovely spacious beds. Hot showers, air conditioning and a lot of space. The absolute best part of this home stay was the breakfast on the beach. The family have a restaurant on the beach and you take your breakfast there with the most amazing view. The breakfast was also lovely. The staff were friendly and welcoming, letting us leave our bags in another room as we had arrived earlier than check in. Place was very clean.
The location of the actual home stay is a bit outside and would be better to be closer to the beach. It requires you to walk near a main busy road which doesn’t feel too safe. However having the breakfast on the beach made it better. We also left some clothes to dry outside and one piece was missing. The staff then found it but was quite suspicious.
The house was not far from the beach and we could have our breakfast on the beach since the owner has a restaurant there.
The bathroom was not clean. When we arrived there were bugs in the toilet and around it. He did cleaned some of this when we mentioned this, but around every corner were large webs with bugs. The bathroom also smelled afwul every day. There was a kettle but no cups or tea.
Comfortable bed, spacious room, great AC, and great views that get a sunset every night. A 10 minute walk into town, 15 to the beach. They offer free breakfast at a restaurant at the beach but it's very basic. Overall good for a semi-budget stay. They helped organize a taxi for us to the airport on our last day.
Sheets were a bit thin but ok. We got laundry done and they charged 2x higher than they told us, we didn't realize but it cost us like $3,400 rupiah which is like $20 NZD? Most places in Sri Lanka charged like $3 NZD a kg which is $12 total, and it was the most it cost our entire trip. We also had to unexpectedly leave the last night, and didn't receive a refund despite asking and giving notice which was a bummer.

Wir hatten kein Fenster in unserem Zimmer (gab’s aber in anderen Zimmern). Wenn man lange heiß duscht und die Klimaanlage anhat, fliegt die Sicherung manchmal raus. Leider waren viele Insekten in unserem Zimmer, wir haben uns dann einen Türschutz mit Insektenspray gebastelt. Zum Strand läuft man etwa 10min.
Excellent staff, big and clean rooms. Possibility to rent a scooter, so it’s easy to go to the beach!
A quiet place a small distance away from the road. The breakfast on the beach was a nice change of location. Refrigerator is good.
The lights correspond with the AC unit, so more and less light when it’s working.
Great place to stay in Hiriketiya. Nice quiet property with some cute cats lounging around. Room is very spacious, clean, good fan and AC and good wifi. Best part was the included breakfast was at a restaurant right on the beach, so beautiful! Hosts were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Breakfast is at a beach restaurant called blue beach you can get to it as it's next to dots bay house.
The breakfast is western breakfast(sausage eggs your choice and toast), chocolate/banana pancakes or waffles. Each breakfast comes with the choice of tea or coffee and a smoothie or fruit platter.
The room itself is spacious with good AC and Fan. I would say it's a little bit off the beach and takes about 15 minutes to get to the beach.
I would say it's very good value for what's included as long as your okay with a little walk to start your day but then your at the beach already which we liked.
Another thing is you can pay cash to the lady for your stay or even pay card like we did as the restaurant.
The room was so big which was so nice!!!
