Great location, clean, comfortable. Loved it
Pros:

We stayed with 2 adults and 2 kids. The house is a short walk to Ueno station and restaurants, Ginza line for Asakusa and Ginza, Oedo line for Shinjuku. It is a quiet street. The house is very clean and beds were comfortable. I recommend for a family or 2 couples.

Cons:

As others have said, the staircase probably isn’t great for people with mobility issues or maybe toddlers. No other complaints.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation in Japan. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was cozy and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The location is excellent—very accessible to Ueno Train Station, with both 7-Eleven and FamilyMart just a short walk away, which was incredibly convenient.
The service was outstanding. The host was helpful, responsive, and quick to reply to any queries. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire stay smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Cons:

3 floors, climbing stairs was not easy with my injured leg. There is only one toilet so its a hassle to go toilet from level 3 to level 1.

The house is new.
Several convenience stores are nearby the house.

Cons:

No rubbish bin in living room and bedrooms, even in toilet.
Messy and dirty quilts, pillows and bedsheet just put on top of staircase and block the access to rooftop. It is quite disgusting and have hygiene problem.
No drying function in washing machine but not enough hanger to provide.

Petite maison trés pratique au coeur de Tokyo
Pros:

Petite maison très calme et confortable non loin du quartier très animé de la gare de Ueno. Tous les principaux sites sont à 20/30 mn de métro. Ne pas manquer le paec de Ueno, le musée national du Japon et les temples magnifiques encore un peu délaissés par les touristes voyant le monde à travers Instagram.

Cons:

L'escalier pourrait donner du fil à retordre à des personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité.

地點還行，附近就有超商，走路約10分鐘就可以到上野車站，房間整潔乾淨，該有的都有。

Cons:

wifi的圖片跟入住指南不一樣，花了一點時間找。
