Don't clean room. Woman's hair all over the place. Filthy

Terrible service. Awful food. I have been traveling India for 40 years. I never had such awful food.

Pros:

The place is good.incidently due to storm on previous night many facilities were missing like geyser wifi etc. but the staff helped us and explained the reasons.food. was very good. Would love to stay again soon.if they can provide hard bed if needed by someone having problem in back,it will be much better.

Very careless not respectfull after they have done something which guest feel bad about they gotta say sorry
Pros:

For me it was bad experience comparing to the other hotel I stay in India they didn’t properly check the room before giving it to the guest.i had to call them twice to repair their geyser and the phone .the geyser was not working so i ask them to come change it they change but they didn’t check that one also it was not dirty it was disgusting just like that even if we complain i don’t know what is wrong they don’t seem to take care of it .one more is they have wrote breakfast included but we had to pay separately for it I told them all of this when I was checking out they didn’t mind to say sorry .
