В целом понравилось
Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле на несколько дней. В целом отель понравился. У нас был просторный номер с отдельной спальней. Персонал отеля приветливые и доброжелательные люди. На просьбы реагируют. В самом номере не было стола и стульев, но воспользовались столиком и стулом на балконе. Второй стул по нашей просьбе нам предоставили в тот же вечер.

Cons:

В номере помимо кровати был еще диван, состояние которого не соответствовало фотографии по которой выбирали номер. Диван был достаточно неудобным, поскольку сидеть на нем получалось только полулежа. В отеле нет привычного шведского стола и завтраки в отеле готовятся при вас. С одной стороны это хорошо, но если помимо вас на завтрак прийдут в тоже время другие постояльцы, то время завтрака может затянуться, потому что готовит и накрывает на стол один человек.

You can refuse for service if you can’t do it simply

The location, cleanliness, service was amazing

Cons:

Upon inquiry hotel staff said yes we do laundry upon receiving all white clothes were destroyed in some blue color had to pay for them later throughout the clothes
