Purtroppo devo a malincuore , cosa che non fa parte delle mie abitudini di viaggiatore ahimè un po' vecchietto, fare presente alcune disavventure accadute....la signora che gestisce la struttura e suo marito sono due persone adorabili ma purtroppo non parlano veramente due parole di inglese...si rasentano scenari di incomunicabilità pirandelliana... normalmente,ed è accaduto in quasi tutte le altre strutture incontrate in 3 settimane di viaggio, ci si aspetta di ricevere dall'host info su servizi ,spiagge ,escursioni ed ovviamente qui non è possibile ..un appunto poi sui bungalow che sono anche carini ma necessiterebbero di un po' di manutenzione (sono pieni di spifferi e non hanno zanzariere) le foto in effetti sono un po' ingannevoli..la spiaggia "privata" essendo a ridosso del porto ,non è fruibile ....da un "resort" ,con prezzo superiore quindi ad una semplice guest house ci si aspetterebbe di più...non do' un', insufficienza piena perché devo ancora ringraziare la nipote della responsabile per il grande aiuto che ci ha dato per reperire due biglietti per il traghetto di ritorno...un inciso sulla gestione di questo servizio è quasi allucinante...la compagnia express bahari che gestisce i traghetti veloci non accetta pagamenti con carte di credito internazionali (accettate a momenti anche nei mercati rionali e al 7 Eleven...)e il servizio direct ferry è da denuncia penale per quanto chiede in più per l'acquisto ...arrivati al mercoledì la prima cosa che ho fatto e chiedere aiuto alla titolare perché mi aiutasse a reperire due biglietti per la domenica,se leggete recensioni è un servizio che in pratica tutte le struttura offrono....(il fine settimana molti locals arrivano sulle isole e si rischia di rimanere senza biglietti)dati i problemi di comunicazione,tra uno s

Staff were OK but not very interested. Breakfast was 3 little pancakes and instant coffee. We were planning to stay longer but left after one night. I think for the money you can do better elsewhere. This should be a much cheaper option for what you get. If it was half the price we would have rated it much higher. If you need somewhere close to the ferry and aren't super fussy this is a good option as it's a 100 meter walk from the ferry.

Non vengono pulite le camere se vuoi gli asciugamani puliti devi chiedere, difficoltà di comunicazione in quanto nessuno parla inglese, colazione scarsa

L’acqua della doccia è fredda (non so se è stato un caso o meno ma credo si tratti di uno standard dell’isola): per noi non è stato un problema perché siamo ragazzi ma lo sottolineo perché potrebbe esserlo magari per famiglie con bambini.
Un consiglio che invece mi sento di dare: non c’è una vera e propria reception, anzi…durante la giornata non c’è proprio nessuno. È vero che Ucup è sempre disponibile e raggiungibile ma sarebbe bello avere un punto di riferimento presente in struttura a cui richiedere informazioni o semplicemente scambiare due chiacchiere al rientro.

No es un hotel con lujos. Es muy básico pero cumple perfectamente con lo que buscábamos.

We stayed for six nights (three rooms). Rooms were horrible (mold on the ceilings). Only one room got two bath towels. The other two got only hand towels. They said they did not have enough bath towels...There were no shower amenities (soaps, shampoo). They said they ordered them but they would only be delivered in a couple of days. They said we could buy soaps and shampoo ourselves in the shop nearby. We explained that it was not a common practice that hotel guests had to provide amenities by themselves before they agreed to buy them... Electricity in the rooms was tricky. To make the light work in the bathroom was like opening a safe without knowing the code. None of the tv sets worked. Some furniture was just not there. To make things worse, they never cleaned the room. We got to order breakfast a day beforehand and they got it wrong half of the time. This is a rundown property.

La douche un robinet de cuisine mis en hauteur bizarre !!! Et la Clim de notre chambre qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien

The shower was not great, and the towel very small.

The place is not clean and also the aircond doesn’t work, they have to move us and aircond is still slow. We felt uncomfortable carrying our bags here and there

Could do with mosquito nets and sort gaps under door. A shower head fitted to the open pipe would be great although we managed. We would definitely go back
