Muy sucio todo, olor muy desagradable y cucarachas en la habitación
Pros:

La ubicación cerca del puerto.

Cons:

La suciedad, olor, había cucarachas, nos quedamos 3 días y en ese tiempo ni siquiera pasaron a cambiarnos la basura. Teníamos que pedir toallas y papel nosotros. Asqueroso todo, parece una cosa y luego es otra. No volvería.

Semuanya ok cma blh perbaiki lgi dri segi kebersihan & aircond

staffnya receptionnya bagus dalam menangani mslh yang kami hadapi. Tempat berada di tengah pekan dan senang access

Cons:

Saya stay blik pertama terdapat bnyak lipas & aircond pun problem, tpi syukur staffnya bagi kami pindah ke bilik lain .. Syukur Alhamdulillah bilik kedua tiada lipas dan aircond ok cuma aisbook kclnya kotor

The WORST experience I had ever had. DON’T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!
Pros:

This is the worst hotel I had stayed in that booked on booking.com.

Cons:

The room is NOT clean at all. The bed sheets are dirty.
The hotel is NOT quiet. It is right next to the mosque which means you could not rest when the pray is on going. Besides, there were lots of homeless dogs on the streets barking at anytime in the night.
No room cleaning service in 4 nights. No one was taking care of the trash can. The 3rd floor is under construction. The room facilities are in their worst condition.

The location is very suitable for finding food, close to banks and bus stations.

Cons:

When we checked in, there was a puddle of water in front of the door and in the room. The atmosphere was very noisy because there was renovation, it was difficult to even rest.
