Der Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und angenehm.
Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Bad waren groß und die Einrichtung zweckmäßig. Die Dusche (Wasserstrahl und Temperatur) hat mich besonders gefreut. Der Swimmingpool war sehr schön und die Lage am Fluss hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb.

Great & impressive breakfast!! Nice and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Air con is not in good condition, changed the room but still not satisfied with air con quality :(

The hotel very clean and pool and amenities excellent. Great restaurant next door.
Pros:

This hotel is a very modern style and what you would expect from a Novotel pullman and other large hotel companies

Cons:

Allowing earlier check in even though they had rooms available had to wait until 2pm
I suppose that are the rules and are clearly explained on their web site
So can not really complain for them adhering to their rules

More than value for money with this gem
Pros:

It was clean, easy check in and check in and check out, gorgeous to look at of a morning across the pool, close to shops ect

Nice room and hotel but lacks character due to front desk staff.
Pros:

Lovely room, comfortable bed, beautiful pool and average breakfast. Lovely staff in breakfast room. Very helpful security guard/bellboy.

Cons:

4 female staff at reception. No smiles, no conversation, no welcome drink. Terrible wifi.
