Juste Coran, mais je n’y retournerai pas
Cons:

La rigidité de l’heure, j’avais juste demandé une demi-heure avant mais non il a fallu attendre 16h01, j’ai trouvé ça un peu ridicule. D’autant plus que nous étions dans le hall de l’hôtel, j’ai connu les mêmes genre d’établissement qui nous donner la chambre dès que possible et nous offrir un café. La rigidité n’est jamais agréable.

Séjour agréable dans un hôtel qui porte très bien le nom « essentiel »

Le personnel, accueillant et arrangeant, très agréable

Cons:

La localité très adaptée aux voyageurs véhiculés, ce qui n’est pas mon cas

Faciliter pour le stationnement. Amabilité du personnel. Tranquillité de l'établissement.

Cons:

Rien à reprocher si ce n'est qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ce qui peut être gênant pour des personnes handicapées ou très chargé de bagages.

Cons:

Étage et chambre entièrement envahi par l'odeur de la cigarette.
Nous avons pris contact pour le signaler,au départ la responsable nous a proposé juste d'aérer,c'est seulement après une demande de notre part de changer de chambre et d'étage que nous avons pu obtenir une chambre à l'étage supérieur.Celle ci ne nous a pas était proposé par la responsable de l'établissement,ce qui m'aurait paru logique pour le confort des clients .De plus le lendemain notre nouvelle clé n'ayant pas été encodé nous nous sommes retrouvés dans l'impossibilité de rentrer.
Personnel quasi inexistant à l'accueil même pendant les heures d'ouverture!
