Pas de wifi ds certaines chambres, pas de prises électriques ds la salle de bain, et donc il manque un miroir ds la chambre.
Yes the resort is getting tired around the edges. But we really enjoyed our stay here. The thing about it being an older more established hotel is the gardens are lush and mature.
The location is right on the Mushroom Bay beach. Note: if you stay, use Tanis fast ferries over to the island as it lands on the beach in front of the hotel.
Travelling with my teenager I chose Tanis for the reasonably priced family room: two great sized rooms, both with big comfy beds, and their own bathrooms, and a lockable adjoining door. The rooms were clean and the aircon was cold!
Our rooms were amongst the ooms surrounding the top pool and it was a lovely space to retreat back to at the end of the day. It was very quiet.
The staff were always friendly, helpful and smiling. The breakfast was in the restaurant at the front of the property down by the beach. It's simple but we enjoyed it, a perfect way to start the day.
I've read other comments on there being a rat problem but we never saw any sign of any rats or other pests in our time there.
My only note would be for anyone with mobility issues you may find this hotel not suitable. Like many places on the island it's built on the rise up from the beach so has many stairs about the place, and twists and turns to the paths. Not a problem for us more able bodied folk though.

Hot water was intermittent but staff very willing to fix the issue.

Beds were the comfiest I’ve stayed in on my trip. It’s the only hotel that has bean bags on the beach in the evening making it very relaxing. I don’t ride a scooter but one of the staff took me around the island (for 200k idr) and also to my next destination at nusa ceningan.
It’s a great location on the beach but not well signposted if coming from the boat.
Communication before arrival was very poor. I contacted through booking.com, watsapp and even the booking.com representative tried to contact them and they never responded.
Breakfast was very basic and limited.
They have happy hour every night but use smaller glasses for our pina coladas than during normal time.
Definitely need a scooter for this island.
The ‘sea view’ was partial and only from the balcony. It’s better to book one of the garden rooms which are better located and still only a short walk from the beach.
Rooms are tired and have stains on the ceiling. The nettle is located on a fridge which I had to move in order to reach the plug, floor was filthy underneath.
The location was great, very close to the beach. I loved the swimming pools. The gardens are beautiful. Staff was friendly. Room was large and comfortable. Cocktails were delicious! You should try the frozen Daiquiris!!!
There was a bad smell coming from somewhere nearby the restaurant that comes and goes, not really pleasant when you are dining in, but it was bearable.
The location, the Pool, the room and bathroom were spacefully. AC not oke.
They put us at the end of the logement (many stairs to go!!) And at the same time there were plenty of rooms free in the front..?!
