Devono migliorare.
Pros:

ottima posizione. Per il resto alcuni problemi.

Cons:

Purtroppo il 2° giorno non abbiamo avuto la colazione e nella sala dove poter prendere un caffè, alle 8.30 di mattina erano già finiti i bicchieri e le cialde per la macchina del caffè. Peraltro non c'era nessuno cui poter domandare.

La ubicación y que nos dejaron entrar un pelín antes.

Cons:

El desayuno realmente no vale la pena. Está bien que lo ofrescan como opción pero para lo que es (una caja que compran a una empresa de catering) me pareció caro.

La estancia sin peros, el proceso de reserva muy mejorable.

La ubicación es perfecta y la limpieza impecable.

Cons:

Éramos cinco parejas y a las cinco nos contactaron después de hacer la reserva diciendo que había problemas con nuestra tarjeta de crédito, algo que evidentemente no era cierto. En mi caso, me amenazaron con cancelar la reserva si no daba otra tarjeta en una horas, di otra tarjeta y lo mismo. Mis tarjetas y las de mis amigos funcionaban perfectamente. Todo raro y, además, una de las parejas respondió algo más tarde y, al final, se quedó sin habitación. Esto fue en noviembre, quedaban dos meses....

La comodità dell ascensore La camera pulita e la posizione ottima per visitare la cattedrale che si raggiunge a piedi in 2 minuti

Cons:

All arrivo la camera era fredda, considerando che ho soggiornato qui a gennaio mi aspettavo di trovarla calda peccato anche che la TV era sprovvista probabilmente di antenna quindi non ho trovato canali italiani

Communication was poor before our arrival, but overall I would stay here again!
Pros:

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The room was quiet despite being in a busy area. Once we had the access codes getting in and out of the building was very easy!

Cons:

We never got the confirmation email with the access codes to get in. I emailed earlier during the day of my arrival but did not get a response. There is no one at the front desk in the evening, so this led to us standing outside in the pouring rain trying to reach someone by phone to get the access code.

Also, they did store our luggage for us after we checked out but charged 3 euros. I believe this should be a standard service for hotels.

Good location and handy for a short stay
Pros:

Very central for the Cathedral, Alcázar and restaurants/ bars.
Very clean and a good shower

Cons:

A little bit clinical and lacking warmth
Only one mirror- in the bathroom- it would have been useful to have one in the room.
Weird kitchen set up . No sink or water tap and the tap in the room never got cold do we didn’t want to use that water. No crockery or cutlery. Tiniest cardboard cups for coffee only.
No corkscrew - we bought one and left it for future guests.
Tiny can fridge.
This really let the property down whereas it could have really enhanced it .
