Turistik Sevilla gezisi için harika bir seçenek

Konumu turistik bir gezi için harika, old town bölgesinde çok merkezi olduğu için her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Temizlik oldukça iyi, küçük ama işlevsel odalar beklentimizi karşıladı. Giriş direktifleri açık bir şekilde belirtildi ve resepsiyondaki görevli de oldukça yardımsever. Turistik bir Sevilla gezisi için kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir adres. Gracias!

Cons:

Pencereler sıkı bir şekilde kapanmadığı için avludaki gürültülü misafirler rahatsız edici olabiliyor. Bir de oda kapı şifreleri çok uzun olduğu için her seferinde tekrar girmek biraz uğraştırıcı olabiliyor :)

Estancia perfecta en todo. Muy recomendable.
Pros:

La ubicación para nosotros fue perfecta. Muy limpio, colchón y almohadas perfectos, habitación espaciosa con un baño grande, una ducha estupenda y todo lo necesario. Ya es la segunda vez que venimos y seguiremos repitiendo.

Posizione eccellente, ma alcuni aspetti da migliorare
Pros:

Ho soggiornato presso Posada de los Venerables durante la mia visita a Siviglia. Il principale punto di forza della struttura è senza dubbio la posizione: si trova in una delle vie più caratteristiche, pittoresche e suggestive della città, nel cuore del centro storico, permettendo di raggiungere comodamente a piedi le principali attrazioni.

Cons:

Tra gli aspetti meno positivi segnalo il fatto che la finestra della camera apre solo parzialmente e non consente una sufficiente aerazione della stanza.
Inoltre, mancava un cestino in camera per gettare piccoli rifiuti quotidiani come bottiglie d'acqua vuote, confezioni o altri oggetti di uso comune.
Avrei inoltre apprezzato la presenza di un minibar o di un piccolo frigorifero, soprattutto considerando le temperature elevate che si registrano a Siviglia durante la bella stagione.
Per quanto riguarda il servizio di pulizia, la camera è stata riordinata il primo giorno del soggiorno, mentre il giorno successivo non è stato effettuato alcun riordino. Di conseguenza, anche gli asciugamani non sono mai stati sostituiti. Un dettaglio che ho notato soprattutto in considerazione delle alte temperature presenti durante il mio soggiorno.

Stranded at night on check-in. No code to enter the accomodation, bad customer service.
Cons:

Stranded at night in front of the door. No code. Nobody. Nothing. I had filled upfront the form online sent via email (you have to self register on a link). I called the contact number which leads to a call center with a very bad phone connection, and nobody speaks english. it took me 5 calls and one hour to finally get the digicode to enter the hotel and the room. I was lucky to still have battery. Then there was no wifi in the room - called again. Got a code again which was not working. Wifi was also not working - network visible, but no connection. By then it was 1 AM. The reception girl leaves at 5 pm sharp (same applies for storage). After 5pm noboday. This fully badly automated accomodation after 5pm should have sent all codes via email. However, they are so disorganised and badlly functionning that actually their 'system' doesn't work for same day booking. They shouldn't have advertised the room.

Un séjour agréable grâce à l’emplacement et aux équipements, malgré quelques nuisances sonores et une réception peu flex

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité avec le centre-ville ainsi que les équipements technologiques proposés par l’établissement.

Cons:

L’accueil, limité aux horaires de bureau, n’était pas très pratique pour des vacanciers.
Par ailleurs, l’insonorisation laisse à désirer : nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit par des conversations téléphoniques provenant des parties communes.

Séjour très agréable dans ce petit hôtel, magnifique
Pros:

La situation géographique est vraiment top, dans le meilleur quartier de Séville Barrio Santa Cruz vous êtes à même pas cinq minutes de l'alcazar et de la cathédrale à pied. L'hôtel est dans une petite rue piétonne plein de charmes, il y a plein de bars et le restaurant autour. C'est un petit hôtel. Les chambres sympa et bien équipées. Il n'y a pas de personnel à l'accueil, tout se fait par WhatsApp. Mais le système est très bien rôdé est très réactif. Aucun souci vraiment un rapport qualité prix excellent.

Cons:

Pour être parfait, il manquerait dans la chambre un mini frigo et un petit coffre pour les bijoux ou argent.
