Pros:

This was a pleasant stay in an inexpensive motel. Staff were available if needed but unintrusive allowing privacy. I really enjoyed my newly remodeled accessible shower.

We did not stay it was very unsafe place to stay… when arriving had to go to what said office door was locked.. bell taped to door.. and 2 phone # to call.. a woman finally came took me to a room with mattresses and furniture piled on each other… I canceled the stay… pictures in your website is not accurate at all…some windows to rooms were broken…it appeared ppl were living there… I did not feel comfortable nor safe there…VERY run down! I can’t believe you have this listed…I would like my money refunded to me

We never stayed here.
Pros:

We did not stay at this property. We waited about 20 minutes for someone to return to the office. Then the owner stated that they were not renting rooms at this time and Booking.com was supposed to have removed the listing. We were offered a downgraded room however we did not want the lesser room. There was construction taking place at this hotel and it was not in the best shape due to this.

Cons:

If the third parties that book the room would have removed the motel as a viable listing and the whole incident could have been avoided.

Not great, but it'll do.
Pros:

Nice well-meaning proprietors. They seem to be doing the best they can with a needy property.

Cons:

"Restored," but was just too rundown to begin with. They meant well, but a few cosmetic upgrades don't make up for the poorly caulked shower, etc.
