Perfect beachfront stay with outstanding hospitality—we'll definitely be back!
Pros:

Everything was excellent! The beachfront location is peaceful and beautiful, with amazing ocean views and the relaxing sound of the waves. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. It's the perfect place to relax while still being only a few minutes from Mirissa town and its attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, very friendly and welcoming hosts, clean and attentive. They have their own tours, tuk-tuks, and a car, which made our stay much easier. They were always available and quickly answered any questions, helping with everything. The room is comfortable, dry, and clean, with an ocean view. The kitchen is large and fully equipped. The terrace is very beautiful and great place for morning coffee.

BOOKING should provide advisory services to hotel operators that advertise their business on the web
Pros:

Location was close to function that I attended.

Cons:

Guest amenities such as tea and coffee making and bottled water supply was lacking. Hotel operator should advise guest about nearby locations for breakfast. Credit card payments not accepted.
