Pros:

Everything. The team is great, it is clean, great location, there is a generator and by day you always have electricity. The Internet is also top.
For me it was important because I am working while in Kyiv.
That's why I am always coming back, feeling at home. :)

Kein Lift für Zimmer im 4. Stock. Kein Hausservice, der das Gepäck nach oben trägt.
Café geschlossen.
Zimmer-Karte musste neu eingelesen werden, so dass ich abends die drei Treppen nochmal runter und rauf laufen musste.
