Choose this location because of Roomi name. But it was pathetic. Wrost ever hotel i have stayed in my life.
Only one staff who is cleaning who is waiter who is at reception. Attitude of head office staff was also bad in call. I have arrived at 2.30 and called them that i will ve late in chk in but at 2.30 my booking was cancelled despite 90% vscant room at hotel. This location even not match the name if roomi hotels. Not proper cleaned. Staff is unaware and un educated. Lot of misquitos in room. Washrooms with smell and no dental and shaving kits at washroom. Room fridge was out of order. Pathetic experience. Not recomended
Clean and Comfortable
Washroom to small and water running very slow.
The property seemed newly built. The location was good for me because it was close to where i needed to visit. Right off the motorway. Check-in and check-out was smooth good and friendly staff. Morning breakfast was complementary, they should add more continental dishes to the menu. Room service was also good and not too overpriced. Comfortable bed and was cleaned well.
The main issue i had with them is the air conditioning. I stayed in the deluxe room and for the size of the room AC installed is only 1 ton, 12000btu. The fridge was also not functional. The internet on the TV didn't work because of slow internet speed.
The receptionist was a nice young man. He was polite and welcoming, and so were other workers in the hotel.
The bed was comfortable and roomy.
The room wasn't clean. They didn't even bother to clean the room after our first day of stay and necessary facilities like towels, for example, weren't changed until when we came back in the evening and asked them to bring us fresh towels and tidy the room. The white towels are stained and already turn gray. The bathroom wasn't clean, and there was a bad smell of sewage coming out of the toilet. Now, to make things even worse, the price per night is way overcharged and very expensive. The same goes for their restaurant, which serves mid food but overcharges. It's really a shame because this hotel has great potential if only they would have better service in terms of cleanliness and keep the place fresh. Besides that, the hotel location is very far from the center of the city in the middle of a motorway, and it takes about a half hour to get to the main bazaars of Peshawar.
