Very disturbed sleep

Cons:

Bed made up with soiled linen & no towels when we checked in at 1am after being called 3 times through the evening to check if we were arriving. They provided clean linen when I flagged this. Noisy pressure pump comes on whenever any guest opens on a tap. Loud Kitchen noises (steel scraping & tapping against frying pan started at 430am thru 0730am) in addition to items being dragged around & loud conversation + a heated altercation between staff. Rooms have a ventilation vent so all outside sounds are clearly audible within the privacy of room as well as vice versa. Checked in 1am out 11am so property failed to meet our key priority for undisturbed sleep.

Clean and close to everything, 5 mins to airport, 5 mins to metro. Good place to start your mumbai journey, or to end it if you need to catch an early flight.

Staff is very much helpful, overall good stay. I felt safe around that area.
Pros:

Property is good, near to Techno marol naka metro station (only 300mtrs walk)

Pros:

About 10 minute drive from airport. Not dirtier than average.

Cons:

Noisy, there is a mechanical noise every 7 seconds on the dot that keeps you awake. The receptionists were both loud and talking on the phone until late in the night. Lots of mosquitos in the room. Very small room. Not on Google maps or searchable on Uber.

Noise... Rooms are very close to front desk and the person at the front desk was most of the time talking to somebody, regardless of time of day and night and the fact that people are sleeping nearby...

Hotel was hard to find because hotel sign was taken down for maintenance... (?)

Good by Mumbai standards
Pros:

The staff was very kind and hospitable. Being a single woman traveller, I did not need to stress about my safety. Being a relatively new property, washroom is clean and there's warm water.

Cons:

Like properties in Mumbai, it's very very small and the bedding could have been cleaner. There was no window in the room I stayed.
