Poorly maintained property with unprofessional host
Cons:

We arrived at the property to find that our room was freezing cold as a result of the windows being broken. The room was poorly maintained with handprints all over the walls by the bed. After seeing a mouse run across the floor, we contacted the owner who told us that “we couldn’t have seen a mouse” and did not offer us an apology. Eventually we were offered another room, but we were very disappointed by the property and by the owners.
