Clean, comfy and modern stay in central Cao Bang location
Pros:

Great location in centre of Cao Bang town. Big comfy bed. Very clean and comfortable. The staff member on front desk was helpful.

Cons:

Basic and not a lot of character. It was so quiet in the hotel that we are pretty sure we were only people staying there. Regardless, was a good pitstop to recoup after lots of travelling!

Pros:

This hotel is much more expensive than the other hotels in the city and doesn't offer anything special except a better shower. In addition, the reception doesn't speak a word of English and it simply ruined our trip from Cao Bang to Ha Giang. The guy at the reception told us that we had the option of a shuttle for 350,000 VND but in reality it was a trip that took us in an old minibus to a town on the loop and from there on another bus to our destination. Instead of a 7-hour trip with stops, we made a 12-hour trip without a single stop. It's just a disgrace. Don't even think about taking a shuttle through them. In addition to the crazy inconvenience they caused, they also ruined part of the loop trip we had planned.

Das Personal war supernett und sehr hilfsbereit, alles war sehr sauber und sehr neu.

In der Beschreibung steht, dass ein Fitnessraum vorhanden sei, das war bei uns noch nicht der Fall.

Havde to overnatninger. Kom først på aftenen den første dag og tog på heldagstur til Ban Gioc med lansbybesøg og Vietnam
Pros:

Meget pænt hotel der ser nærmest nyt ud. Der er ingen restaurant og derfor ingen morgenmad. Gå til Gilu’s ca 300-400 m derfra.
Administratoren der svarer på beskeder via Booking.com er ekstremt god og kunne arrangere sight ture til Ban Gioc etc samt transport videre

Cons:

Personalet kan ikke et ord engelsk, men er meget service orienteret så al kommunikation går via Google translate.

Nice hotel, rooms and beds are great. Just a room though, no pool, no bar and no restraunt.
Pros:

Lovely rooms, nice and clean and location is good.

Cons:

Staff have zero English but they do try very hard to help. The rooftop bar was not operational when we were there, to be fair it is wet season so very quiet, think we were the only guests.

Brand new hotel, central location in downtown, large parking area, many good food around, very friendly and helpfull staff, lovely coffee shop inside hotel
