Check in process was complicated
The room was spacious and clean. Bedding and lighting were also perfect.
The tv and setup box were not functioning. Wifi was still good tho.
Location and good swimming pool
Contact with the hostess. Detailed check-in instructions. Cleanliness. Comfortable bed. No odors.
No kitchen stove. There are no cafes or supermarkets nearby.

The size of the room. It's quite spacious.

Our unit is facing the pool and the city. Beautiful view.
The room rate is reasonable.
The sink in the pantry needs to unblock; water is slow to clear while washing.
Would be helpful if we are given 2 sets of access cards; convenient for family members to go in and out without disturbing anyone plans and schedule. and no door key is better. Just the access cards to enter room and excalator.
The wardrobe doors are noisly creaking when opening and closing; maybe needs some oiling, fixing, etc.
Lovely little apartment - clean and spacious. Provided both a pool/swimming towel and bathroom towels. The pool and gym were both nice and we used a lot. Location is right near to Imago mall but not much else. Check in was smooth and easy & host was really nice.
Location is quite hard to get to because you have to go all the way around the roads. Would be nice to have cooker/microwave.
We requested for a baby bath tub and the host provided us with an excellent one! They even provided a cushion and a mat for our baby too (see photo)! What a great touch. The price offered great value. Wifi connection was good also, and i was able to work from the place.
The view wasn't great. The location isn't very convenient too. There was only a small convenience store in the Ming Garden complex. Imago is within walking distance but it is quite far. The streaming service provided was almost unusable as most movies took too long to load, and some couldn't load at all.
